Great customer service. Very knowledgeable people. I hate going into phone stores but the staff here was easy to talk to and seems to be more understanding of user difficulties. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to switch phones and you want to learn about other options. These guys know there stuff!

I bought a galaxy s23 with a watch and had two cables go bad. And because of COUPONS Verizon wanted to charge me full price to replace broken goods that were JUST sold to me over the weekend. Dreighton (I think that was his name) and Devon worked their magic and gave me a new cable. Best Verizon employees

Worthless store don't even see why they say open when the employees have it locked and closed during business hrs. Made 2 trips to find the store closed both times.

Service was terrible. When me and my fiancé got there when it opened there were was us and another customer. We waited while the other customer got finished by then another customer came in. (To add some context, these were older customers that didn't fully understand their phones.) We went ahead and let the older gentleman go first before us because we wanted setup a plan for both of us. The worker at the time was already being rude to customers. It's understandable to be upset being the only one working but to be rude customers is not alright. When we were up next, we explained what we wanted to do, however, he only gave me a number to call. When my fiancé was trying to get his attention to possibly get her phone line set up, he completely ignored her until she had to call out two more times to get his attention only for him to tell both of us there's nothing else he can do. I don't know if it was an off day for him and I do hope his day gets better but he was not helpful at all and to warn those who are looking to setup a new phone plan to not go here. I rather recommend going to the store on Power and Superstition near the Lay-Z-Boy. I'll have another review there.

Hi! I just want to say thank you to Chrys! Hands down best customer service ever, but especially for Verizon. He has spent so much time with us setting up our new devices, getting us the best deals, and answering my silly questions. He is friendly, funny, and the most knowledgeable person we've worked with and I want to say THANK YOU CHRYS!!!!!! You make spending our money more fun ;)
