So if you know cell service around the country, you know Verizon never fails compared to the rest. The customer service seems good for me. But I did witness another sales person asking a new customer if they would mine waiting while they went together a red bull they ordered. Really?

My girlfriend and I went in there to get some help. And I understand they have guidelines but David, the manager was horrible. He acted like everything was an inconvenience, not very friendly, and the associate Kenel Did not seem like he wanted to help and just referred me to go online. Customer service at this location is terrible as the works experience at a Verizon store I've ever had. If you can go to another location I definitely recommend it. David is not friendly and almost rude.

Rude employees. Jose, the manger sucks. He does not do his job. Does not Want to do his job . They have no idea what they are doing. Can't activate a phone they just sold ?? Have been in store for hours . What is going on here ? Who is in charge ? Hidden fees up the wazoo !! Crazy how they are ripping people off . Horrible customer service. Dnt go here !! 1 star is too high of score . Do your job . Learn how to do your job . Or get a new job . Insanity. Went to different store and it took them five mins to activate phone.

This used to be a great store. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE. The manager is no help and the salesman was arrogant. Went to the store on Power, which was a much more pleasant experience. Ended up buying our new phones at Walmart. Saved hundreds of dollars. Hopefully I just saved you three hours and lots of cash.

Drew helped my visiting Sister-in-law get her iPhone responding. The iPhone was confused and he calmly got it working again and explained how she could wake it up too. Great customer service.

Dealing with phone issues is headache enough, especially when you rely on constant communication for work. Dealing with a mobile provider should be pain free, but its not. Especially at the 85209 store!! Entering this store is one of the most painful experiences one could have in this lifetime. Made even MORE painful when having to deal with Jose! Jose down at the 85209 store does a great job at making customers feel like theyre a burden, so much so, that another co worker notices Joses attitude towards me as a customer and trys to clarify the situation and Jose refuses to let their co worker speak who was trying to assist me and continues to disregard my issues. Jose also does a great job at pawning you off to another store, hes great at that. I came to Jose 3 times in one night with a solution to resolve my phone issue and ALL 3 times Jose dismissed me. The issue was so simple in nature, it couldve been resolved in 15 minutes. Avoid this store at all costs, because I went to another Verizon store, and they resolved my issue shortly.

This is for all storesThey are not trained and no one says the same thing 1 guy says 1 thing another dude the oppositeI go to another Verizon where I got my phone because they can help better and I get there ... Can they help? HECK NO call customer service and blah blah blah I could of done all this but naked in my bed since it was a phone calll to get the resolution

My my my my my how Verizon has changed over the many years things to be number one in service and customer support but now I think I get better customer support and better phone service through cricket these guys are such jerks they weren't even give me my account number so that I can pay the bill even though I'm The Only Name listed there they are such jerks they made me jump through hoops

I was met at the door by Tudor, and he walked me thru the new home internet (plug and play). He was extremely personable, professional, and helpful. I walked out of the store and am already logged into my cell phone and know I get high-speed internet perfect for my needs. Thanks for the amazing service, Tudor!
