Isabelle is 5 stars +. My family & I are 19yr Verizon customers. She patiently & professionally spent 2+ hours correcting major problem with our 3 trade in phones to ensure we received the proper trade value credit. Isabelle identified the issue & had to work through 3 different levels of representatives at Verizon corporate to reprocess our order so that we were taken care of. She said she normally works at the rural road location. All I can say is give this woman a raise because it's damn hard to find good people who go above and beyond for others anymore.

I was in a huge rush and went into this store. CHRISTIAN had me hooked up with exactly what I needed and on my way (I kid you not) in 5 minutes! Fantastic services and I love my new home phone.

CHRISTIAN went above and beyond with helping a friend and I out, help getting him on my plane nd removing someone else from it.
He didn't have to help, but he did and didn't fuss or anything. He personally helped aid in calling the verizon support line and talking with them aswell as providing with helpful information.
Make sure he gets a kudos as he deserves and I will only be coming to this Verizon from here on out, 'preciate you Christian, looking forward to working with you again!

Christian was was an amazing help, he helped with a line transfer that another store was not able to process and Christian got it done in a fraction of the time. 10/10 will be coming back here any future endeavors.

Had the best possible experience here. She was most knowledgeable and helpful. Was trying to move a number from Tmobile to my Verizon. TMobile were jerks. A plus experience at Verizon. Been a long time customer.

My experience at Verizon was great. The representative was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He set up the new phone and I left the store feeling well taken care of. I would recommend Verizon’s customer service to my friends and family.

Don’t go this one unless you want to get sold something. If you have something you need help with, they will tell you to call customer service.

This place is a joke. Did an hour pickup at 11:30 waited until 1:45 and still not filled went in and found three employees standing around then was told it’s going to take 15-20min to fill my order. Been here since 1:40 and it’s now 2:10 and we are not even close. What is the pint of hour pickup if you stand around and waste time. Then help other customers around me while working my order. This is the worst experience with a store. I place orders not on have to wait around it’s crazy how long they are taking.
