Great customer service. Don’t going on a Sunday. They have 1 person on staff. The rep was great and helpful but it’s unreasonable to expect 1 person to help 5 different customers in a reasonable time.

Went to the Verizon Store at Mesa Riverview and Caleb was amazing, he took care of all of my issues AND attended to 5 other customers and all at the one time. He is wonderful and deserves to be recognized and given a big bonus.... thanks Caleb, I will be back.

Caleb was amazing, helped me with my new phone purchase AND attended to 5 other customers at the same time. He was so polite and courteous not to mention extremely knowledgeable. GREAT service, wonderful guy. I will be back and thank you so much Caleb, I appreciate you. Verizon please acknowledge him and give him a big bonus please.

Keenan was so awesome. He really didn’t give good customer service, and while he was helping me and he was also reading the room. Very efficient and answered all of our questions. I’m glad to be a part of Verizon.

Amazing experience! I came in to buy a case for my new phone and realized in the car that the buttons on the case didn’t really work. Caleb helped me right away to return it and find one that worked and pulled the ones off the shelf that had the same problem. Thank you Caleb !

In over 15 years of being with Verizon. I believe this store has the worst possible service. 20 minutes and not a greeting, not “we’ll be with you in a minute”, nothing. Did not even acknowledge my presence until I butted in and asked if there was another store nearby to which the one employee in the entire store replied with an attitude asking me “what for”. When I told him simply needed a camera lens protector, he just informed me, “we don’t have those anyway”. Great customer service here if you want to catch up on social media. Just don’t expect to get anything done with your phone.

I was greeted within the first few minutes of entering the store. The person who helped me told me about promotions in the store and gave a breakdown of the costs for products I bought. He was very knowledgeable about internet package as well.

My girlfriend came into this store only to be hit on and not helped at all by the one guy working there. He purposely waited until she was the last person in the store and didn't provide any help. Made her super uncomfortable and not want to return to the store. His name was Zach and he literally even gave her his cell phone number. Never come to this location unless you want unprofessionalism and to be made uncomfortable. He was working at this location on 08/01/23 near the end of the closing time.

Bad customer service, they guy there was worse than a car salesman trying sell me the next phone up after repeatedly that I wasn’t interested. We finally had to just just walk out.
