Excellent service. Staff were very accommodating. All my questions answered. Extremely busy , but never felt rushed.
Juan even went in back room and got me a chair with arms and a back . This was a lifesaver since I have a physical handicap.
Love the staff at this store.

We stopped by to switch over our service and upgrade our phone - which can be a timely process! Big shout out to JJ who was incredibly helpful at ensuring we had everything we needed. JJ made us feel like a priority, and he was very knowledgeable and relatable. He made the experience smooth and simple!

This location is amazing! A huge shout out to Tony who helped us with several needs. Tony was patient, kind and extremely helpful in meeting our needs with phone services.
The entire store went out of their way to help us with another problem that was unrelated to phones but on a personal level to us. We will be forever grateful! Thank you Verizon!

Crap service. Lost 5g service over night . Tech Support says I dont know when my area will get better service. Gonna switch to Tmobile. Sad that it has come to this been with them 13+ years and they cant fix it just a joke of a cell service. Only thing it has going for them is great service in mexico.

This location needs serious improvement in customer service, or maybe even new employees. Please believe the reviews — they’re accurate. One of the employees immediately got an attitude with me after cutting me off mid-sentence, even though I was trying to explain something important. He kept interrupting and repeating the exact thing I was already trying to clarify. Another employee (possibly a manager) gave me completely false information — telling me to “use iTunes to delete my iCloud” or pay $30 for a transfer. They kept pushing the transfer service while misleading me, which made it seem like they wanted to leave me with no option but to pay. I wouldn’t have minded paying for the service if they had just been honest, but the manipulation and unprofessional behavior were disappointing. As I left, I even saw them laughing and mocking me with each other. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. I will let corporate know as well. Thank you.

Please go online and order your phone directly from Verizon or an actual Verizon store. Please stay away from this store. Horrible. I went in to purchase a new phone. The offer that I was provided was not honored. I ended up going through Verizon corporate and was able to resolve the issue. I never received a call back from the area manager.

This store and the manager have been rude and far less than helpful to us on more than one occasion. We have a business account and have attempted to get help here after disappointing experiences with the customer service numbers and chats available to us. As business owners we are confused about how a company can grow to the size they are and forget how to treat people. Let alone a customer that you would hope to retain. This “corporate “ store can’t seem to make the slightest effort to be polite or helpful. Customer service attitude does not exist in this store.

Visit any other store you have to in order to avoid this place. Absolutely no help at all.
