Great customer service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Nate took his time with me to go over my account and helped me switch over to the new IPhone 15 Pro. I never feel rushed whenever I come in.

Went in, got in line, gave my info, was 4 reps on the floor, 6 more in back, all waiting to help. All knowledgeable, wanting your business.Just that verizon starts at 75bucks for a plan.Not looking for 25bucks a line for a family if 4, killer deal but how about 1 line deals similar to that? Or match t mobile at 50?

So my saga began when the Verizon store at 8750 S. McClintock Dr. in Tempe AZ sold me the internet and box saying it absolutely worked in my area of NE Mesa. Well it did not, he wanted to make the sale. When I tried to return the unit, I took it to the Verizon store closest to me at 2733 N. Power Rd. Mesa to be told I cannot return it to that store because they are not a corporate store, even though there is no way to know that unless you ask as they all look the same. So I took it to the nearest Corporate Verizon Store they told me about which was this one at 3130 N. Recker Rd. Mesa. In this store the sales associate explained to me that you cannot return the units to the store but they have to order packaging and labeling to be sent to my house in under 2 weeks and I just mail it in. They were supposed to cancel my service. Well I waited and waited but the packaging/label never came. In the meantime I went on a long trip and when I returned found I had a bill for 215.00 for the unit and a month of service. I never used it. I went back to the same store asking for help to be told by the manager I had to call Verizon myself and they were closing in 20 mins. By this time I was so frustrated because anyone knows when you call verizon you're stuck for an hour on the phone so I told him fine, I will call from there and he would have to remove me from the store physically unless I got this resolved. He said "fine" and just looked at me.Luckily I finally was connected with the first Customer Service Rep I've ever received help from. I asked for her name and she said she couldn't send it to me but gave me her first name, Odie. She was kind, understanding and took care of my issue completely. She's a diamond in the rough of Verizon.The most frustrating part about all of this is when dealing with that manager at the Recker Store, he said I can give you a label and you just put it on the box and mail it. When I asked why his employee did not tell me that, I received another look and "I don't know". WTH. If Verizon did not have the monopoly on cell phone service I'd change in a heartbeat and Ive been with them since the beginning.

Only complaint I've ever had about Verizon stores is the wait time with no place to sit. Very much the same here. The issues I had were not being taken care of online. The store directed me to call a specific person and the only way to fix the problem was to cancel the order. I then proceeded to reorder the exact same things in store and got a better deal. Friendly, professional service... Wait for it... Wait for it... Thanks Verizon.

Have to agree with all these one star reviews. Horrible experience at this store. I think Verizon Corporate should close or take over this store. Dismissive, deceptive and arrogant.

What's racist, I had been waiting in line for help for 15 mins but they help the one came after me who just walked in the store. They just ignored me. When I ask the guy there and again he ignores me and keeps talking to his clients. Bad customer service

Bad experience the girl on the front desk was rude and mean and she didn't want to explain just said that we signed a receipt and never apologized because they didn't mention a extra charge that we paid anyways. If Verizon don't want to lose more clients, better fired the bad people

This store refuses to help with the pick up lockers or answer any questions as to if they even put our item in there I was sent an email to pick it up but I go to get it says there's nothing in there I tell the lady working and she shrugs her shoulders and says she's off and locks the doors.

Unbelievable! Online, website, phone message ALL say they close at 7pm got to the store at 6:45pm to drop off a device and guy walks up to the door and says starting today we close at 6pm! If a business is going to change store hours they need to make sure all info is correct online, on website and on phone info!!!

While Verizon customer service made it difficult to get my new phone, the employees here were extremely helpful the entire time. Earlier today, Patrick Butler helped me by calling 3 different customer service reps before one could finally cancel my previous order. Really appreciated it.

On 12/29/22 I went into the Verizon location at 3130 N Recker Rd Mesa AZ and was assisted by staff member Cooper. This by far has been the most frustrating, unprofessional encounter that I have ever had with a company. After meeting and going over things with Cooper; the very last page was a 3-year conditional purchase agreement for the phone I was trading in. This was never mentioned at any point prior and conveniently snuck in at the end. When I first began speaking with Cooper, I asked that he be upfront with me and that I did not want any surprises or extended contracts. Cooper's reaction to my disapproval and questioning of this practice was to rudely walk away from the table, to then turn and yell at me across the store. He stated that he had already met his quota for the month but should have sold me a lot more and that he could have thrown me out of the store. I did not appreciate his temper tantrum, his threat of physical violence or his unprofessional attitude. I will never return to this store.
