Been a Verizon customer for over 15 years. Started back east, Always had good experiences both in Connecticut and California, but here in Arizona....not the case. Been in several stores and have had to wait for usually 30 minutes or more because there is usually only two people working, price for accessories is outrageous. $60 for a plastic phone cover??? Really?? Phones are way too expensive. That's if you can even get one in store. Sorry but very disappointed in Verizon. Service for phone is great, but going into any of the stores is a frustrating experience.

BUYER BEWARE...DO NOT USE THIS STORE!! Awful experience! They didn't disclose the fees and terms up front. We have been with Verizon for 25 years and are thinking of switching all of our lines.

Slow service (one employee, many customers), ruined the surprise gift by sending an unsolicited text to the line I purchased the new phone for. You'd be better off visiting a Verizon Corporate store instead of an authorized dealer like this one.

This place has the worst customer service. For one, they don't even acknowledge you when you come through the door. Another problem is that they're understaffed. I'm just here to get my phone, to which, I was told I would receive a text from Chrys that it was in (never did, hes not even working today, the date that I was told it would come in), so I came in by myself. The two at the front have sat there, gossiping with their customers, and making myself and several others wait for up to an hour. It's seasonal time guys. Get more help. Better customer service.

Having been a Verizon customer for a veryyyyy long time, I have been to many stores. After no customer service and an hour wait at the first store we went to we decided to go to this store where we were greeted by Chrys. Our intention was to see if we could upgrade my wife's phone at a reasonable price. Chrys walked her through every scenario of different phones. He was very patient, professional and knowledgeable. In todays world of "here is the product thanks for coming" customer service we were so appreciative of the outstanding service Chrys provided us. This store and Chrys will be our go to for all of our Verizon needs. Thanks Chrys!Deborah

I went into exchange a charger that I bought with my phone yesterday that is already dead AND return a cable that they sold me for no reason and the dude ('king' was on his name tag) tried to charge me AGAIN to RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEMS. Absolutely no customer service help. Got frustrated with me. Couldn't explain why I was being charged AGAIN.. you guys at Verizon really know how to create problems out of nothing. Pathetic. So Fing mad

Mikaela was excellent! Extremely patient. She had an awesome subtle way of up selling me one of everything!! Lol. Normally I could say No, No. NO LOL. She's also very knowledgeable & set up my new phone & My New Samsung Watch that idk how to use.I hate shopping for new electronics, but she made the process easy & painless & was even able to find a Trade in rebate on my phone purchase.

Came in to upgrade my cell to the latest IPhone earlier today. This should have been a simple process because I was due for an upgrade, so all they had to do was deduct the trade in value of the previous IPhone and then charge me the difference. Instead the sales clerk tried to rip me off so had to waste time driving to another location that employees more honest work staff.The salesman tried to sneak in a bundle during checkout that would have added additional costs / fees of $300 dollars to the total. This bundle was supposedly covering activation fees (which should have only been the flat 35) a case, and screen protector neither of which I wanted or had asked for.Be careful shopping at this location and personally I would avoid doing business with that con artist entirely.The following are characteristics and the name of the previously mentioned sales person so you can avoid them. His name tag read “King” was an African American male with an eye brow piercing and he wore a comically tight shirt.

Dee was great! Although he was working all alone on a Friday night, he was friendly, professional, good natured, funny, and made everyone feel they were getting all the the help they needed without being rushed. Somehow no one felt upset about having to wait. It was apparent Dee was doing all he could as the only employee there. We were so impressed with him! Great job Dee!!!

Some random charges for a "business mobile secure" have been on my bill for some time that according to customer service the store adds them without permission when you get something completely different from them. Now that I caught it and want to have it removed, customer service says only the store can do it and the store says they can't do it over the phone and I MUST go physically in person to do it...Extremely shady way to squeeze more money from your customers knowing damn well most people are busy and might take longer to get around to it.
