I thought I had reviewed last year when I purchased my phone but I guess not. Today I returned to the store to get a warranty replacement of my screen protector. Christian had several customers in the store but was still very helpful, multi tasking and taking care of multiple customers at once. This store is my go to store for all things Verizon and I have had nothing but great experiences in the store.

Had an issue with my SIM and Garrett was super quick and helpful. Got it sorted it out and had a good conversation to add to it! Thanks Garrett for your help, won’t be going to any other Verizon shop in the future.

It looks three days for me to get my phone Verizon computer system wasn't working the first day so I came back the s second day and paid my phone off and then the computer started acting up again so then I had to comeback the third day and about 3 hours later I got my knew phone the most crappyest three days I my life iam not going through that again I will go to a nother phone carryer.

Cristian was SO helpful! He took time to help me find the right solution and then spent as much time as I needed getting all my new items set up. He was very knowledgeable and the most helpful Verizon employee I've ever worked with! Will definitely be going back to him with any future needs!!!

Went in to get an explanation about all the Verizon texts. Got the help from both employees. They helped me upgrade to a iPhone 16 from a 10. They reviewed my plan and changed it to a lower priced one.

Theyre not bad, not really good either. Dunno why they opened this store directly across the street from an actual verizon store (this is a verizon authorized dealer) but youre better off visiting the real deal.

Did I wait almost an hour in-store to pick something up that I ordered online earlier in the day? Yes. But did I still get excellent customer service from Aaron? Also yes. Aaron was solo in the store, assisting someone with an issue for the past 4 hours that he did not cause. He was calm and patient, working hard to resolve this customer's issue. He then simultaneously got my item and assisted an elderly lady who had visited before with questions on how to use her phone. He was so kind and calm (I would have lost it) while having to go around in circles in order to finally find a resolution for everyone in the store. Great job!

Contrary to the signage and how the employees represent themselves, this is not a Verizon store. It's a 3rd party retailer called Victra. My company brought over 20 lines to Verizon through Victra and the transition from the previous carrier was a nightmare that took weeks to correct. I couldn't get a returned text or phone call from Brandon or Bri, who I was told would be our company's business account contacts. This went on for a month before I learned this wasn't actually a Verizon store. The kicker...our first bill came from Verizon and it is more than triple what it was represented to me it would be. I've given up trying to get these employees to respond to help me sort it out.

Both associates were helpful and friendly and especially Kiara was the most helpful and knowledgeable with helping me with what I needed.Best experience I've had in a phone store. Great customer service.
