What a refreshing car buying experience! Absolutely no pressure to buy a vehicle like most car dealers. Dee was honest, helpful, efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. Customer service was top notch all around. And, I can't say enough about Dee's genuine integrity. That in itself is so refreshing in today's society, especially from a car dealer. What a great place to buy a car!

Bought a great truck but had awesome service from the team. They dropped my car off at a parking lot where I could pick it up, and were quick to solve a Title issue for me. Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of

My only issues were they had the tires so SHINY lubed up the mechanic began stating he put new tires, shocks, oil change. 14999$ sticker price for the 2014 Chevy Silverado ext cab 1500 work truck 107k+ miles no key fob one key Carfax hit a big animal needed front end replacement. Why would you misrepresent your tires when I told you I was giving my last to you. It's my first truck and truck tires are abnormally expensive. I cashed you out and the best you could do with faulty dangerous tires is 15700k cashed out? I'm complaining now because I'm just now trying to get insurance on this and I go to look and the tires are.... No tire shop legally would let you leave I have 2 daughters you know this. Well maybe I'm young and dumb and take what the mechanic says at word value. The shady part was putting baby oil on them so you couldn't tell. I'd love to redirect this review. Please reach out for a resolution

I live 2300mi from this dealership and have been waiting til I found the perfect work truck. Placed a call and Dee gave me the information I needed. I knew I had found my truck. Hesitant to buy something so far away, Dee went above and beyond to make this the easiest transaction imaginable, even answering some of my questions on a Sunday…while sick! He secured transport to my home and kept me updated every step of the way. I can say that even though I’ve never met Dee in person, he feels like someone I can trust whole/heartedly. No pressure. Ease of service. Class A sales person! VIP Auto has a gem with Dee. Thanks again!

These guys are legit and made me a really good deal online. I drove from out of town to pick up the camper and it was super clean and ready to go. Dee had all the paperwork ready and we were done in about 10 minutes; amazing, one of the easiest buying experiences I've ever had. He didn't try to up-sell me anything, add on extra stuff I didn't need, and there were no surprises. I didn't have the right ball for the camper, and Dee just gave me one so I could get going. I really appreciate the honesty and efficiency of VIP auto sales.

Great place to buy a car w more than fair prices - if u notice something is not working these guys will take care of it - my battery died w in a few days called them and they said they would cover it ! Along w the AC issues . They kept there word ! That’s hard to find these days ! Highly recommended to my peeps!

customer service is great but unfortunately the trust is not there. after purchasing a vehicle from them, 4 months later my head gasket blew. They only have a one month warranty.... It's just been 2 years and I've had to put in addition 3000 dollars after my head gasket blew on additional issues. I've fixed 2 of the 3 oil leaks. Still wondering if it's worth fixing completely because it will cost me another 1-2k to fix and who knows what else will go wrong.. I purchased this vehicle with 71k miles and today it has 112k. Just not sure about this company...

My experience started with a text, followed by a phone call to Dee, and ended with a sale where the service did not stop!I stopped by VIP Auto Sales in Mesa and spoke to Dee, a polite and funny gentleman that was easy going and straight forward, which I liked. I was there to see the 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Custom in red. It was the second and last bike I test rode.Before starting to sign the paperwork, I explained my conundrum...I was a new rider that just took the MSF Basic and just got my MC endorsement last week.To make a long story short, Dee offered to have my bike transported to my place at no extra charge (45 miles one way). Also, from start to finish, I was donebwithcthe transaction in two hours (never had that great of an experience buying a car!).Anyways, I got my bike by 6 pm today in perfect condition! Thank you to Dee, Frankie (employee/transporter), and Kenny the owner (met him...he had a great story about his 1st motorcycle ride).Felt like family. If I ever had other needs, I would not hesitate to go back!
