We went to Virtue Bowling Supply as casual bowlers. We knew what size ball, but not much more. Jim helped us pick a ball and drilled it the same day. I'm sure that would vary in how busy it was. Jim was very helpful and provided lots of assistance. He had an abundance of information in how we throw the ball and if we needed a larger ball. I was quite impressed with Jim and the excellent service he provided in selecting the correct balls for us. I'm sure we'll be back!

I couldn’t speak more highly of Chris. I bought a new ball from him 2 days ago that he recommended based on how I bowl and what my goals were. My old ball that I bought elsewhere in the past just felt very uncomfortable and he advised me that the span was slightly off and the thumb whole and angle of the holes had room for improvement. I was excited and wondered how it would feel using the new ball in terms of comfort and accuracy. I bowled in a league last night having zero prior time using the new ball and bowled solidly in my first game, and then a 215 followed by a 257. I threw the ball incredibly well, threw harder than normal with ease and I truly understood what he had meant about getting the span, angles and holes all appropriately placed and sized. It was such an eye opener for me and I will never go anywhere else for my bowling needs.
If you’re looking for a ball, apparel or lessons I’d highly recommend Chris.

They're nice and knowledgeable for the most part, just beware when buying one of their used balls. They're final sale so if they crack after using it once, they will not replace it. Edit: thanks for responding, I guess I just expect a bowling ball bought from a pro shop to be able to he used more than once before cracking.

Chris drilled two balls for me extremely well, after recommending one of them, the other was a spare ball. Great customer service and was able to get everything I needed.
