Visionwork was absolutely wonderful establishment they help my son out the doctor and staff were super helpful and super sweet I would definitely recommend visual work to anybody and everyone.

Everyone was super kind and helpful at this store. I've never had a better experience getting glasses. Dr. Schmally put me at ease and answered my questions. Everyone explained to me what was going to happen and worked with me to get me the glasses I needed within my budget. I highly recommend this location and will be coming back.

I went in for an eye exam for the first time in 3 years. I was excited because the doctor my husband got was a girl and she was so nice. But I got Dr. Ly and wow. So unprofessional. The receptionists were so nice but Dr. Ly was so unbelievably rude. The whole time he acted like I was such an inconvenience, rolling his eyes & sighing. He was so annoyed that I didn’t bring my old glasses or that I didn’t remember what brand of contacts I used before. He was short with me when I said the contacts I put in for a trial were kinda blurry. He told me I was wearing too much makeup (I barely had anything on my face). And he didn’t even explain anything to me. I was so frustrated when I left.

I was really happy with the service. From checking in, to the eye exam, to the man who help me with my prescription and frames, everything went swimmingly well. I was in and out of there in no time at all and perfectly satisfied with the service and the products I get there.

The stuff there was amazing! I was late they didn't make a big deal of it they just changed my appointment and didn't even tell me I was late they just switched it so I can get seen from start to finish I had a great experience I highly recommend them!

This is the absolute worst visionworks/ eye glass company I've ever been to. I ordered glasses and contacts from here. Contacts were shipped directly to me with no issues. The glasses I ordered however showed up and were broken. The associate didn't point it out, instead tried to just pass them off and make me take them. Once I point out they are broken on the hinge and didn't sit right, he immediately takes them and says "ok we will have to order more, 5-7 days you will get them". A week goes by and I get a call and they tell me the frame I ordered isn't carried anymore and I need to come down to pick out a new frame.... I reluctantly come back to the store but they promise me an expedited order and free year warranty, so I give them another shot. I ordered them on Monday and the following Friday I give the store a call to get an update on when I can expect my glasses. I speak with Brandi, who is incredibly rude. She tells me the glasses were ordered three days ago and it's impossible they would be ready. I told her they should have been expedited and I was just looking for an update. Then she checks the notes on my order... Only to find out they ordered me another pair on a "warranty replacement"? Shady, because these are a brand new pair and I didn't even get the warranty on my first pair that arrived broken, I just didn't accept them because they were broken. When talking with Brandi, I ask her what the refund process looks like and how it would affect my insurance. She said she didn't know and would need to call me back tomorrow. She called me back the following day to tell me she refunded my card without my approval. I told her I still wanted the glasses and she said "ok well now I have to start the entire process over again, you'll get them in 2 weeks". Extremely unprofessional and dysfunctional store. Spend your money elsewhere, unless you like being talked down to and taken advantage of. Edit: Brandi called back and did her best to try and remedy the situation, which is good to see, at least the effort to fix this is there.

I have to add all the poor reviews of Dr. Lee. He asked me if I was experiencing any dry eyes or any problems. I mentioned that yes they were dry and that the new contacts I was trying out weren't the clearest. He told me "well we live in Arizona," and then moved on. Not to mention that visionworks customer service is the worst of the worst. I call the customer help line to try to get my prescription and it tells me to call the facility that I went to. When I called the Dobson shores location I got an automated help assistant, when I state that I need my prescription from them it reroutes me back to the customer service line that told me to call the location. Visionworks is the worst.

I have never been so irritated in my life in a shopping experience. I was followed the entire time like I was going to steal frames. What can I do with frames without lenses? I was sold a pair of glasses by James who sold me a pair that was 3x the size compared to what I had been wearing for a year. I've never experienced such extreme migraines in the 3days that I had them. I go back to get my 100 day money back guarantee and get this Hispanic guy who puffs up his chest and said It's not the frames that are too heavy, it's your lenses and proceeds to pop them out of the glasses card threw them down in front of me. Here! Feel! I said so you're not going to honor your 100 day money back guarantee? Oh well if we do you need thinner lenses which aren't covered under your insurance. That will be an extra cost.Why are you following me like I don't have the money to buy every frame in your store? Honestly, I felt so intimidated and awful I'm going to make sure I complain to corporate. It's a terrible feeling to feel like you're being followed and up so close I could barely move Tht is NOT good customer service. If you want to be a security guard then get another job ! Awful people there. Horrible experience and cheap ugly frames! I will never ever go back

My family just switched to coming here after being at a different eye doctor for a few years. Every single person that works here, is absolutely awesome. I got contacts for the first time and their instructor had a lot of patience and helpful tips when I tried mine on, and they were also super helpful when my dog chewed up my new glasses less than a month after getting them. I highly recommend coming here, everyone is just nice and helpful.

The team at Visionworks on Dobson Road in Arizona took exceptional care when explaining my benefits and making customized recommendations based on what I needed. I never felt lost in the process. I fully understood the benefits available to me, even though they were very busy. They made sure that each person who came in received personalized attention. 10/10 recommend.
