Sofia and John were the best.. They were so helpful. They explained everything to us. They showed us all the different things we could do with the system and how to uses it. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a system. We are very happy with ours.

Teach your sales ppl to accept a no. I feel bad for wasting bros time but I did state I’m on a fixed income and security systems are a luxury item. He did his job and kept pushing and getting deals and that’s wassup, he’s doing his job well. But y’all need to understand it’s 2023 ppl are still trying to recover financially from the pandemic, ppl are in serious debt and I’m expressing this to home boy and he’s still trying to make it work. The contract is very vague and does not display total cost or the fact that it’s a third party seller. Y’all are setting your ppl up for failure and I seriously hate this for your ppl. We live on the isle our neighbors are our eyes and ears and I ain’t got nothing to steal on me. I said no multiple times and then almost did sign up because he’s a good salesman but God told me to research the system and if I stop paying at any point the system even after equipment is paid off it’s worthless. I rather have an old school local recording system because it’s cheaper and I can install myself. Systems are luxury and if I’m struggling to pay my car note what makes ya think I can pay this every month faithfully? Teach them to hear “I’m broke and poor” and walk away. I wasted 20 mins of this time because he wanted the sale so bad, move on you can hit more houses. There are rich ppl literally up Ellsworth who can afford this, our neighborhood is a mix of poor and middle class folk

Terrible If you want to be trapped in a contract and never be able to get out of it even after paying off your equipment go with Vivint. I have been trying to cancel with them for past 6 months and they just give you the run around and send you different people over and over again. Just recently I even had the fortiva bank talk to them and show proof that my loan is no longer there but they still want me to pay them 500 dollars. I used to work for Vivint and sold for them for a summer. They are terrible company and just want to rob people of their money and form possible. They will lie to you and say anything to get you to sign the paper. Do not do it. Ring or any other company has the same quality of products and services at way better prices and with no wrap around and no lies everything seems pretty straight forward. But Vivint is not the way to go.

Unfortunately I'm unable to give less than 1 star to leave a review. They claim they support the military and offered a free installation fee as a 'thank you' for my services. Of course beginning and installation all went smoothly. During the time I had the system there were issue left and right. The main issue was when someone rang the doorbell when I'm not home my camera would freeze and most times I was unable to talk to them. When would call to let them know the rep would always mention a systems update and or reboot which is their go to answer. I eventually got tired of wasting my time with them and just let it be. Fast forward, I asked them to cancel my services because I will be selling my home. They mentioned I still have a loan but they will cancel the service. Fair enough. That was almost 7 months ago and I am still fighting with them to turn the services off. The fact that I still have access to arm and disarm the new owners home is beyond crazy. Vivint doesn't see the problem. So if anyone has purchased or is renting a home with Vivint please be aware that previous owners may be watching you. I've expressed this to even Vivint rep that if I were the new owner and someone was able to watch me in and outside my home, arm and disarm my home I would be totally feel vulnerable and violated. Vivint, your company has zero morals. Highly disappointed and will NOT recommend to anyone.

Had a great experience. The sales rep was very thorough and made sure I fully understood all the products and how they were going to interact with my home. The technician paid attention to detail and made sure I was very happy with the installation before he left. Would highly recommend!!

Technician was great, firmware update was slowing him down but he stayed the whole time to ensure everything was properly working. He was very professional and knowledgeable with his work!

im not even going to go into detail because i would be typing a whole story but just know that vivint is the absolute LAST company that should ever be used for security. they shouldnt even be in business. i had them in my retail store for almost 2 years. absolutely horrible customer service. terrible connection quality my cameras and alarm panel would disconnect 24/7 leaving my store completely vulnerable. paying for vivint is literally the exact same as having no security at all. they are 10000% worthless. do not waste your time. i still have yet to find a great company. i have ADT at the moment and its extremely overpriced and the employees are schemey almost as bad as vivint but the service at least works well. i know i had brinks for a short time i was trying to find the business card i had but i remember having a positive experience with brinks. the bill wasnt terrible best customer service i saw and it all worked well. whatever you do stay away from vivint. and if you can, find something better than ADT. it shouldnt be hard. if i could vivint would get negative stars forsure.

Vivint are crooks.... I had my service on hold until my new home was built, apparently after the time you tell them toHold they automatically start billing you again no call, no email, no nothing.... Luckily I keep all my credit cards locked until I use them.when vivint tried to start billing me again it would not process.... Again no call, noEmail, not a letter... nothing......Then since the payment was "delinquent " they cancelled My service which was best thing that could of happened..... but they sent it to collections, so until I got a collection letter I had zero idea about this.... After an hour in the phone we finally figured what had happened I said to the man doWe see an area where we could improve on customer service???? So in closing I definitely would never ever use vivint again..... Lesson learned.....no stars
