The pharmacy has poor listening skills. They refilled prescription doses from an old doctor.I had an updated prescription come through from a new doctor. I called to confirm with them. They confirmed and still gave me the incorrect dosage.I was supplied 1 weeks worth based on insurance I don't even have anymore as well as an outdated prescription. I called to confirm for the second time and they still screwed it up. Nice people but they do not take the time to confirm / read.

It really isn't any wonder why most things have gone online these days and a lot of these retail stores have closed. Even to drop off a single package at this location can be something that is a pain. No surprise that I am joining a few of the dissatisfied reviews that are on this page with the lack of customer service.

Completely based on the pharmacy: I was greeted by Brit; she was very kind and sweet and helpful! Got to speak to the pharmacist Jay Mitchell. He was also very kind and informative. They both seem to really care about their jobs. Most times, people behind the pharmacy counter seemed rushed and like they just there to do a job. They were both helping people with questions and pointing them in the direction of stuff in the store for people who walked up.

Asked to use the restroom before I bought some stuff and was told the restrooms were "closed actually" and she wouldn't let me use it. Seemed like just a pathetic excuse because she was too lazy to walk back or just tell me the pin. Who closes their restrooms at 6 PM? LOL, Hire new employees Walgreens. After that, I decided to take my money elsewhere instead of supporting such bad customer service.

I had made appointment for COVID vaccine booster shot at 3pm and due to bad construction on Stapley, I was there at 3:10. Got check in and still waiting for another 45min without being called. This is ridiculous experience I have ever experienced at Walgreens. If I have to wait for almost an hour to get vaccinated then what is the point of making appointment. I had to take time off from work to get vaccines and now I couldn't come back on time to resume my work. What a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. If your location is under staffed, do not take appointment or at least let your customers know so they know what to expect.

A young lady with black hair had helped me change my account information and gave me wonderful service while being kind and safe! I was so shocked by the kindness that I had to review this store. She deserves an upgrade for that type of service.

Worst service from the pharmacy ever!! Went to pick up a prescription which was not ready told me 15 min, 25 minutes goes by, went up to the counter asked, they thought there was an allergy problem so they basically Stopped filling never contacted me as they knew I was waiting, then started the process again waited close to an hour! No apologies, nothing! Find another Walgreens to go to, There wasn't an issue with staffing as they had plenty of people behind the counter.

Due to the poor customer service by Tuan, I was basically screwed out of $370. ALL HE HAD TO DO AT THE TIME WAS TELL ME I HAD THE WRONG INSURANCE. If he would have done that, I would have gotten on the phone and gotten the correct insurance, and then when my new and correct insurance became valid, I would have THEN at that point paid for my prescriptions. The pharmacist Tasha REFUSES to understand the issue and REFUSES to be kind and help me with this issue. I am so disappointed. I am screwed financially and thats the only reason I bought insurance. So I'm out $270 for buying insurance + out $370 because they wont even try to understand the issue and help me out. Tasha literally refuses to understand what happened. I am so disappointed. Absolutely ridiculously rude cashiers. Stopped in to fill a prescription for some pretty serious eye issues, obviously I looked like a mess my eyes look like a zombie from the walking dead. Grabbed some additional otc stuff, the store manager Cashier was beyond rude with 0 compassion and really went out of her way to make sure our interaction made me feel as bad as possible. Never going to this location again.

I have always used this location as my pharmacy and they are great. But I made the mistake of ordering online and had it sent to the store for free shipping. That was a huge mistake. I received an email stating it had been delivered. I went to pick it up and the "assistant" couldn't find it. I kept telling him that the email said that it had been delivered to the mailbox at the store address. He refused to look for it other than "where it should be". After 15 minutes of trying to get him to look around, I left without my order. I called the next day and again was told that it wasn't there. Finally someone actually looked it up and realized it was sent through the post office. I was put on hold and then hung up on. 8 hours later I got a chance to call back and they magically found it in the mailbox. My tip for others... pay for the shipping it's not worth the hassle getting the free shipping. Better yet use a different company.

Usually I love all the employees here; they are fast and efficient!!! But Huan today was a wreck. He barely made eye contact, I asked him a direct question and he deflected it with unrelated information and beckoned the next customer towards us while I was still taking to him. He basically blew me off. Jeorgyna was an angel and so helpful and took care of me afterwards.

If I could give 5+ stars solely to Dorothy the main cashier I would. What a sweet lady who was very personable and so kind to my little boy. The photo department however is disappointing. I was given an 11:15pickup time at one one point only to go down twice to be told our photo magnets were not done yet at 1:30 and 4pm! "Sorry the magnet guy is still not here yet." Dorothy was the only thing that kept me smiling both occasions I've been there.
