Great staff and quick to assist customers

Wow. I was blown away today by the staff. JAY the pharmacist was the most kind and compassionate pharmacist I've ever met. I am very stressed, and was asking questions that really should be asked to a primary care doctor. But Jay saw that I was someone really struggling. He did let me know it was out of his scope, but he listened to me, and when i was apologizing to him, he even took my hand and told me I would be ok, and not to apologize. I didn't realize how much I needed that. He also of course helped me with the questions I had about medications. The young lady ( long beautiful hair) was also so friendly and sweet. ( this was at 5pm ish on 6/11/25 in case anyone in the company wants to know who was working and wants to give her recognition) she was great. I asked if they were busy and if the pharmacist had time to speak. She said absolutly! And got him with a smile. I really was impressed. Probably the best experience ive had with a pharmacy. Thanks for being there and kind.

Terrible pharmacy. They take days to fill important prescriptions. Open late, close early. Leave you hanging when you need them the most.

I frequent this location often. With the exception of 1-2 cashiers, the employees of this particular location are EXTREMELY racist. From refusal to provide any sort of service, to just downright being ignored, even during a customer transaction, I do not know how Walgreens allow these individuals to continue their employment with the way these people represent their company. I’ve had my money stolen, told that because i was Black i am too stupid to work at the Pharmacy, and was even threatened by an elder white lady at this location. This is my last resort, since I’ve contacted their HR department to no avail. Please consider visiting this location if you are black. It’s not safe.

I wish when my doctor renews my prescriptions that he'd post it for the next month. Next I knew they were telling me it's ready for pickup and I have a 30 day supply. I explained that and they made an adjustment.

Love the pharmacist here at this location. Also Melissa is the best she helped me get the lowest price for my medicine. Thank you thank you thank you. I was on a tight budget so I really appreciate them. Walgreens on university & extension is the best in town!

An employee who is an old white lady with grayish hair is the rudest employee who works at this location! I come often and i see how she interacts with the customers always grunting and saying stuff under her breath. Does not have respect at all, walgreens def needs to hire better employees and let her grumpy self go

One of the best pharmacies, Bc people matter.
The Pharmacist was going beyond to help me and I want to thank him. I don't understand the low grade at all. To be honest, some complain about everything.

Just rude, granted I did come in 20 min before they close and asked about making a photo order and Immediately I was greeted with they won't be done tonight. I said that is OK I can wait till tomorrow. Then the lady is saying only have 15 min I went to the photo machine which I found did not have a C cord and they said oh people keep stealing them so we don't have one you will have to use your own. I walked out to the car got my cord went back in to order photos I was promptly told that I had 10 min. I could not understand why all my photos were for showing up and finally had to ask someone because no one offered to help me. I told the lady at the register to have a goodnight and she looked at me with a pitch face and grumpled something under her breath. I will never come back to shop at this Walgreens again. I will go out of my way to not be around these negative individuals who were talking negatively about their co workers the entire time I was in the store.
