Do not “attempt” to fill prescriptions here. The lines are unbelievably long, and the staff doesn’t know what they are doing. They take about half an hour to an hour per customer and then, when it’s finally your turn, they inevitably have difficulty locating your prescription. When they FINALLY locate your persecution they will then tell you it’s not ready no matter how many days ago it was sent to them. I’ve been trying to pickup a simple prescription here for over a week now and no one is competent enough to get it filled. I can’t think of another pharmacy experience that has been more frustrating. Avoid this place at all costs if you want to get your meds.

Old woman at the cashier tonight has no situational awareness. Had a line to the photo counter tonight because of her pushing a promotion and doing the speech with every single person. A line full of people with medicine in their hands. Absolute worst and needs to be fired

The pharmacy tells you to call before you come in and pick up medicine yet put you on hold for a minimum of 30 mins everytime then proceed to hang up on you after waiting in line for forever. A lady literally answered the phone after I waited then said "okay give me a second to check" then hung up on me immediately. Also, there's a young pharmacist who's atrocious at her job and literally has no idea how to read a doctors script but yet when the other pharmacist who's a gentleman literally never has any issues with my scripts.. all of a sudden the young girl is filling mine and she's unable to and needs multiple verifications for literally nothing... like please figure y'all's problems out because this is a joke of a pharmacy with pathetic customer service and honestly the worst set of employees as a whole that I've ever dealt with at a Walgreens pharmacy.

Their policy is if you have been on hold long enough the system will hang you up. And when you finally do get someone you'll get a different problem each time you interface with someone to try and get the medicine that you are dependent on. If there is a problem getting your medicine, they just let it sit which is bad if you need it. They just don't care

Very rude pharmacy employees.Went to fill a prescription and the person who came to the window seemed to be bothered by me being there and asking for assistance. Was not helpful in the slightest.

I just want to shout out to Cindy for being an amazing person she has great customer service and she does a really amazing job in her position I was having a very rough day and when I walked out the door I dropped my bag and I just bought a soda and a glass bottle of foundation both are now ruined Cindy was sweet enough to let me get new items and was also kind about it the entire time She deserves a raise

this about as bad as CVS Pharmacy. They barrage you with come in and pick up your prescription and then no one speaks to you or acknowledges that you are waiting. The pharmacist should be ashamed of this terrible customer service and Walgreen's should fire him for disrespecting customers. I left CVS for such bad service and now it appears that I have to change again. Walgreens are you listening?

Customer care was lacking Bought a phone cable. Was in the area for a while with no offers of assistance. Upon asking for assistance and pointing to the cable, she removed cable and proceeded to the check out area without allowing me to look at the box. When I asked to look at the box she pushed back at the suggestion. She eventually relented I understand that shop lifting is an issue. Yet the store wasn't that busy. I did buy the over priced cable out of necessity. .
