I really like this Walgreens. I LOVE that it has been remodeled, is clean and layed out well. The staff has been very friendly and welcoming. One of my fav WG stores in the valley! I wish they all had the remodeled look.

You need more people working in the pharmacy

Went in this morning at 7:30 for some medication and upon checkout I was greeted with a less than pleasant attitude from the clerk that seemed impatient and not well suited for dealing with customers. Did you have to poop and couldn't wait to clear everyone out? Hate your job? I don't know but what I am sure of is that your attitude sucked and I'll take my business elsewhere. I hope your day got better after potty time.

What a joke. Needed the booster vaccine. Made appointment. Drove 12 miles to be told the pharmacy is closed. Why make appointments if you can't give them--why not close appointments on the website or call. They have my number! What if somebody needs a prescription filled-no pharmacist. Go elsewhere if you can. The help has a hard time with explaining. Sorry folks. Seems unprofessional to run a business like this.

Just the worst experience at the pharmacy. Incredibly understaffed. We had an appointment for vaccines, did all the paperwork online, and still waited an hour for the shots. Their internal processes are really bad, and they need to figure out how to serve customers. Avoid this location unless you have time to burn.

TERRIBLE experience at this Walgreens--6002 East Main Street, Mesa, AZ! Always long lines and wait times, and tonight my husband accompanied me as I stepped in quickly to buy wine. I had my driver's license and ID, and I was paying. He stood beside me, and the cashier refused to sell to me because he had left his wallet at home and didn't have his license. We asked for the supervisor, Valerie, who was extremely rude. She looked at him and said, "It's pretty obvious you're going to drink this wine." She then directed us to a liquor store where we might not get carded. WHAT?! We were NOT trying to avoid getting carded. I was standing there with my ID! We visit this Walgreens a couple times a week for various items and have NEVER had this happen. We were treated like we were trying to break a law or something. We go in there for our meds, we go in with our kids, we go in there all the time. It's not obvious who's going to use the gum I buy or the tampons I buy. No matter what I buy, it's not obvious who's going to use it! And fine, if they want to refuse service, that's OK, but Valerie's rudeness was simply unnecessary. And she can keep her assumptions to herself.

Going to Walgreens for my one and only med is a horrible experience. The pharmacy staff lack niceness, it's like getting a refill at the VA pharmacy window. There is always a level of disrespect that really grinds on my patience. And with the stupid display terminal by the register, they force customers to do perform tasks on the pathogen spreading touch screen. Its like they force me to be a trained monkey, 'touch the screen monkey boy, and answer the prompts or you can't get your meds!' Going to Walgreens is a totally insulting experience, I hate this chain. Touch the screen, monkey boy! Do as you're told! Or else!

Refuse to use this pharmacy anymore. There is always a wait and most of the staff members are rude. I don't mind driving the extra mile down the street to have a more pleasant experience.

I truly wish they would fix the intercom system. It's so hard to understand what the pharmacy is saying. You'd think they'd want a good system since we're talking about meds. Meds that I probably couldn't pronounce anyways. At least this way if have an idea. They're always friendly at this Walgreens. That's why we chose this location.

There are so many concerns with this pharmacy, that the only thing I would seriously recommend is a comprehensive secret shopper review by corporate management.

The pharmacy staff is very personable and helpful. They all know me by name and always go above and beyond to help. Perscriptions are always filled in a timely manner. The store staff is nice too. I have had a couple issues with staff and management steps up when I have has an issue.
