The pharmacy staff were great. Very friendly and extremely helpful and provided quick service even with having to contact the doctor. I appreciate them greatly.

Absolutely horrible experience here every time. How long does it take to get your meds from the drive through- surely it shouldn’t take more that 30 minutes. However without fail - it’s always a fiasco here you. & then when you get to the window they apologize for the app saying your meds are ready when intact they aren’t. So sick of this place - will never come back!!!

Clean store. Awful pharmacy. Rude staff. It shouldn't take more than 24 hours to fill a prescription, which is understandable if there is a staffing issue. Be aware that fulfillment of medications is much slower than any other Walgreens I have used.

Going to change pharmacy to CVS. Walgreens is taking 3-5 days to fill scripts leaving many without necessary meds beyond the running out. What is this stupid centralized pharmacy program they are using? Bean counters involved? STOP messing with our lives WALGREENS!

Carolyn is absolutely rude and snippy after I was just asking completely normal questions and was very polite. I spoke with the manager and he said "I'm very aware how rude she is, everyone complains".

No matter what time of day I go to the drive thru pharmacy , it takes about 20 minutes. Not sure why they are so slow but it seems they are in NO hurry to help the customers

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. The old lady with long hair basically screamed at me because I thought I was next in line because there were 2 lines, one for covid vaccines and one for pick up. There was a guy on the covid line and I was waiting on the pick up side, so I thought I was next for my line and when I moved ahead she screamed “HE WAS NEXT” and I even explained my self to just say why I moved ahead like I didn’t know she just repeated her self but louder. Everyone just looked at her. She was also treating her coworkers rude and demanding. I will not coming back to this walgreens again.

Why does it take 2 hours to process 2 prescriptions? Unreliable. I ask on the phone if they could lessen the time hell even by 15 minutes and all I get is "That's how long it's going to take, have a good day, goodbye." Thank you, no thank you.

This is by far the worst Walgreens. We have had issues fulfilling medication. Either they take forever following up and full filling out of stock items, or the pharmacy is always closed for whatever reason. My daughter switched to the Safeway pharmacy after this location kept pushing it out and failed to fulfill. She got her order taken care of in a few days after being back ordered. They were on top of it. This location? No. If it’s a medication you need to keep taking or suffer withdrawal symptoms, you are screwed. This is not the pharmacy to go to if you need critical medication. They will let you down every time.

This is the worst Wal Greens ever. There are always long lines and the pharmacist techs are rude. My elderly mothers dentist tried to call in a script for medication before her surgery and they told them that I would need to come in and stand in line to have it filled. They would not fill it through the dentist calling it in....should be ashamed to be called a pharmacist with that approach to helping patients! AWEFUL!

This Walgreens Pharmacy at Baseline & Guadalupe is so bad, not only scripts take forever to fill the staff is so not friendly. They should just close the store. I just don’t understand where basic common courtesy has gone in todays world. So disappointing

The pharmacy is absolutely pathetic, especially the drive thru. I sat in line for 45 minutes. 30 minutes was at the window. 2 people working inside at the counter. One was just sitting there doing nothing (curly hair and glasses). The drive thru line was wrapping around the building. I rang the buzzer a few times to get someone's attention. People were honking horns and yelling, and there was no response. Finally the girl with curly hair and glasses came to the window and was the rudest person, yelling "WE ARE VERY BUSY!!!!" I told her; "You watched me sit here for 30 minutes while you were doing nothing. You have customers out here as well!" She hung up and went and got the pharmacist. Time to move scripts someplace else.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Caused my daughter to go without meds. I request meds a week in advance, and they still don't have them. It has taken multiple trips, phone calls, and they still don't have a full prescription. We've been with Walgreens for 19 years, and never had a problem. Moved to a new area, and I'm having problems with every refill. Please someone, come in and organize this group and provide training. They seem like nice good people, that just don't have their stuff together. I won't use this location for another refill as every refill has been a nightmare. I could go on and on with all of the problems that we have had with this location.

Set up your pharmacy at any other location but this one. The pharmacist that worked today (brunette hair and glasses) had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When I walked up to the window she threw boxes down on the counter and stormed away asking if I was here to pick up. I was so caught off guard to her reaction of me arriving to pick up my medication. She then gave me an insane price and I asked if my insurance was applied while handing her my insurance card. She kept pounding her fist on the counter and saying she was doing something “extremely confusing”. What.. your job? She definitely made me feel like I was being a burden on her and I will be switching my pharmacy location asap. Other than that the rest of the staff at this location has been great.

They randomly decide to close the pharmacy for an entire day with no warning at all (even when speaking to the pharmacy staff the day before and having them tell me my prescriptions will be ready the next day). Not a holiday, not a weekend, just a day that ends with “y” that they apparently don’t feel the need to be open. The following day the recording says the pharmacy is still “temporarily closed”. Called the store instead and they informed me that the pharmacy “is waiting for a pharmacist and they can’t open til they get one”. Okay, so I wait. Then call back and speak to the store again and I’m informed the pharmacy is now open, but their phones are down (another common occurrence at this Walgreens) and so there’s no way to speak to them without physically driving to the store - awesome. Get to the store and find out that some of my prescriptions are ready but others are not. They tell me they’ll be ready in 2 hours, so I leave and plan to come back later. Lo and behold I get a notification shortly thereafter that the medications are out of stock (they have had days and days to order these) and am informed they won’t be in until the next day. Why do I get the feeling that they’ll have yet another excuse tomorrow to not have them ready?My advice? Avoid this place if you can, they have no idea what they’re doing most of the time.
