Seems like you always have to wait here even if you are the only person at the counter and one other in the drive through. Day one went in with my prescription. I gave them two discount cards and I said if you have any way aside from these to reduce cost let me know. Stood there for 15 minutes while she ran the cards through. No substantial savings. Did some research on the web and found that with a Walgreens membership I could save over 60 percent. Signed up. Went back the next day. Waited again. Tech said she needs to check if they have the medication. Came back and said it’s on back order and that’s for all Walgreens. If the first tech the day before, had told me that I would not signed up for 20 dollar membership.!

This is tough because as a customer for almost 13 years it's hard to watch service just going downhill. First off the highlights the store itself warrants more stars because of employees like Jimmy make this location the only reason I still go here. If Jimmy ever left I would not bother. The pharmacy is where the trouble is. 30 minute waits in the drive thru with only 3 cars in line this is a little ridiculous. There has been little improvement and a waste of time and gas. Go inside to the pharmacy and expect the same speed which is slow and slower. I have completed an online store pick up and the store staff has my stuff ready before the drive thru had prescriptions ready just waiting in line. This will continue to fall on deaf ears because they appear to not care about the customer experience just the insurance money. Tried Albertsons down the street what a difference that was, fast friendly and got in and out with a line in under 10 minutes. Again if Jimmy leaves no reason to go to this location.

Wait and wait and wait and wait. It has been 1/2 an hour sitting in the drive through for one car to advance. I feel like switching to Amazon pharmacy. They might deliver before i get to the window.

The Pharmacy employees are extremely horrible at their job. The manager(?) of the pharmacy was being extremely short and rude talking to a customer on the phone while we waited for our prescriptions. The older woman at the counter at the pharmacy was also rude, saying she was having issues with our insurance. The only time we have people have issues with our insurance is when they are incompetent at their job. This woman even went as far as to try to make it the insurance company's fault, and ours. When she said it finally went through, I commented, \"Well I hope so\", as she responded \"Well all we can do is hope\", which I replied with, \"No, actually I can call the hospital and have it sent to a different pharmacy.\" I had just had surgery, and my husband had already spent hours trying to get my prescriptions filled. After I walked in, they finally decided to get their stuff together, and got my insurance information correct finally. I will never use this pharmacy, and I really wish I read the reviews before suggesting it to the hospital. Spending over an hour waiting after surgery, after my husband already spent hours trying, is absolutely absurd, and no one should have to wait that long... to have information typed into a computer, and count pills. Thankfully I didn't have to have my nurses do extra work because of the lack of customer service here. The man at the front check out counter was polite, efficient, and fast. He had my husband checked out and ready for me by the time I reached the front of the store.

3 stars because the rest of Walgreens and my experience there is always good! BUT the PHARMACY is absolutely ridiculous!! You drive by and see one car ahead of you and so you think "oh this will be quick" nooo be prepared to still wait 20-30 min and then you go inside to get your prescription and it's still 10-15 min wait! I will be changing pharmacies this is the 4th time this year this has happened and I keep thinking it will be different but no it's not!

This Pharmacy has declined to the point where I longer want to fill my meds here.. waiting 3 to 4 days for scripts to get filled because they have to come in from their central location. Don't Stock common asthma medications ( 3 day wait) . They tell you meds are ready when you get there, they say they aren't and you have to wait even longer. Drive thru can take you 45 mins or better even when there are only 2 cars ahead of you. Staff at times are very rude. The downward slope started well before Covid.

Came in with a lot of pain thinking this was the location my doctor gave me. Due to the amount of pain I am in I was confused and asked for my prescription here. I wasn't rude but was laughed at while in pain and treated like I'm stupid. I hope those old hags never have to be in the pain I am in right now. Great service.

It's not all their pharmacies obviously but the one right by my house does not know how to read state laws And I've been discriminated against twice because of it when trying to obtain over the counter medication. when I disputed the issue saying I had read that law and that it only pertains to alcohol, they didn't look that law up but Asked another tech and if she "remembered" if it applies to everything and I'm sorry but if you're going to deny me the sale Of a medical product I need that ain't good enough. I Will be contacting their pharmacist and addressing the issue further. I shouldn't have to waste gas to go to a store where they pharmacy staff has better reading comprehension. It cannot be the case that theirs is the only medical facility in my zip code and surrounding zip codes following the law because this Is the only location I ever have issues. And I've read the law. no where does it give them the right to deny me services for the reason they do. I otherwise like the staff they're very nice but I'm a busy person and the gas budget is tight I don't want to go out of my way when there's a pharmacy right there and even if i'm not correct (and I am) if you're going to refuse someone service over something like this, you'd better pull up the law to make sure you're right. It only takes 2 seconds. But they didn't want to hear it. Very frustrated with the experience. I appreciate them trying to do their jobs right but asking your coworker if they remember if the law said this, just us not good enough in a medical facility.

The staff is always fast and friendly. The line is often long during busy hours and in the winter months. But I can’t believe a big company like Walgreens can’t fix the microphone/speaker at the drive-thru Rx pick up. It’s been broken for years!!!! Come on Walgreens, don’t make your pharmacy employees work so hard under subpar conditions. It’s an easy fix and so annoying.

I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke, the Walgreens nearest my house continually allows their smoking employees to sit right outside in front of the entrance and not far enough away from the door to even allow me to go in. I have asked repeatedly for that store to just relocate the employee smoking area, so I and maybe others can at least get into the store, with no response. Unfortunately, lost a customer.
