They made me wait an hour because the guy at the register in the pharmacy could not figure out how to correctly submit the claim for the medicine to my secondary insurance. His Manager tried and he didn't know how to do it, the Pharmacist was helping someone on the phone. So I waited and after about hour they tell me they don't have medicine in stock, what a waste of time.

I’m so tired of trying to tell corporate that they need more pharmacy help. It’s been 3 years of this. If I’m waiting 30 mins inside and outside then you guys really need to add the help. I will tell everyone I know not to use any Walgreens just because of this and nor will I.

Horrible pharmacy! I called to check on order status the pharmacy said their back up "sorry will take a while" and working on it "okay" she never said they close early 6pm on a Saturday! Ughhh waste of time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Changing my pharmacy

The pharmacy here is a royal bummer. They took 4 whole days to get my prescription ready, and the only reason they did was because I had my doctor send them another urgent prompt. Then it was ready all the sudden! I stood in line for 30+ minutes... and the pharmacists communicated so poorly. They dropped medications on the ground and frustrated a lot of people in line too. This location is a mess. I will not be using them again.

One because I can't rate lower.Horrible customer service if you get any.Never has prescriptions ready on time.Employees do not care.Not proactive.Makes errors without verification.Slow response.

I called the pharmacy to transfer my prescriptions from CVS as they are not in the Cigna network, and was put on hold. The pharmacist never came back, so after 12 minutes, I hung up. I called Walgreens Corporate office and told them my story, and they too tried to call this Walgreens, and no one ever answered. The rep I spoke with at Corporate said that she would write a letter to the manager and have them call me. Later that day, I tried again to call this pharmacy, and was given an estimate of 1 minute wait on hold, but after 5 minutes, I opted for the call-back prompt. Several minutes later, I finally received a call back, and I asked speak to the manager. The lady said she was the manager, and I lodged my complaint about not getting a pharmacist to transfer my medications. I also asked her why their rating is so low, She proceeded to recommend that I find another Walgreens to do business with, and in my opinion, was rude about it. This is not the way to handle a new customer, and I will not be doing business with them.

Why is this pharmacy always closed??? I can never get my medication. What kind of pharmacy isn’t available to make sure patients get their meds? You are interrupting my medication therapy, be glad that missing my dose isn’t life threatening!

Walgreens will not fill a prescription unless the DR not put your home address and your birthdate in the prescription. I just called my dr and they can't get me in for 3 weeks plus my $40 copay. Refusing to fill a prescription without this information should be a legal case against Walgreens imho.

Do not go here! The lines are extremely long here. I have waited in the drive thru for 20 mins just for them to close their blinds on me. I have also came here several times and they have been temporarily closed. We are switching pharmacies asap because of this.

0/5 stars. Avoid filling your RX here at all costs. Walgreens refuses to fill the most popular brand name medicines on location so you must wait many days and one case weeks to get filled. Worst of all, they modify their hours often and only post on the door so when you arrive they're closed. I couldn't make it their Friday, then tried at 330 Saturday (they randomly closed at 130) and are now closed Sunday so I will go 5 full days without my mandatory daily medication and no other Walgreens will fill it because it's already been filled, sitting at the location. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. Avoid like the plague.
