What is wrong with your pharmacy staff? Are ANY of them competent enough to do their job??? What a ridiculous disaster. The reviews are 100% correct. I have never in my life experienced the issues in ANY other pharmacy that I have at this one. Not to mention they are rude when THEY'RE IN THE WRONG! There it's one lady there that should be terminated. She can't do her job and her personality on top of it is absolutely disgusting. Like one woman said, literally ANY OTHER PHARMACY.

Absolute mess! The store is fine. The pharmacy is in shambles - I have had so many issues with this location since the CVS near me was closed. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt on my prescription delays and believe it was insurance issues or something else. After many calls back and forth between my doctor, my doctor calling the insurance, my doctor calling Walgreens- it’s this Walgreens. This Walgreens tried to tell me my prescription needed prior authorization. Okay, I go and call the doctor to get it. Find out, no it doesn’t. Walgreens “put the code in wrong”. Then it’s “oh it’s out of stock, we’ll call and order it”….three weeks later after back and forth issues of calling back and forth…”oh it’s out of stock”
WHAT?!
Switching pharmacies ASAP

This store for filling prescriptions is the absolute WORST pharmacy I've ever been to. Almost everytime I refill something there's an issue. Delayed or they don't refill them etc. Then they started refilling prescriptions I didn't ask for. Two of my prescriptions are the same med two different strengths, two different dates. They refilled one without me asking and then had put it back so when I tried to refill it, the lady said it was too early. I told her to look at the dates because this is an issue every time I come in. She found it and obviously didn't like that she was wrong because she said it would be refilled in a half hour, it was never refilled and she also put a note in specifically stating not to refill it for another week. They can't get it together at this location at all and absolutely unbelievable. I chose this Walgreens because it was close but it's 100% worth it to drive to another location or switch completely to a new store. The stress they cause isn't worth it at all.

TLDR: phones go unanswered. Takes weeks to get medications. Go literally anywhere else.
I'm heartbroken. This pharmacy is the only pharmacy I have ever used, even when I moved I kept my prescriptions here because I had always gotten such great care, it was always wonderful. Unfortunately it has now been over a year since I have been able to get any of my prescriptions filled without a problem. I can't call to ask any questions because no one answers the phones. One day, just to see what would happen I sat on hold for over an hour and a half, during this time I drove to the store. When I showed my phone to the pharmacist with my call still on hold, he told me that wasn't his problem. Other times I request my medications be filled and I get no notification thru text or the app that they are ready, and because no one answers the phone I have to physically go to the store 3 or 4 days later to check and 90% of the time they haven't even started working on my prescriptions yet but they'll tell me if I can wait an hour or so they can start getting them ready now. There are always at least 4 people working in the pharmacy yet they don't seem to actually be doing anything.2 weeks ago I picked up my other prescriptions, but they said one hadn't been filled yet, but they would see if they had any in stock and if so they would fill it and let me know when it was ready. I never heard anything abd on the app it still said "waiting for pharmacists review ", in the last year that has ended up meaning they didn't have any in stock. Then today I went there to check, because again, no one answers the phone, and after sitting in the drive thru for almost 25 minutes, the woman said my prescription was ready. Cool, right? NOPE! After another 15 minutes she comes back and says they can't find my pills. She they were probably put back because the prescription had been sitting there for so long. But once again, they would see if any was in stock and if so they would fill the prescription and I could come back in 15 minutes to get it. I admit I was so frustrated at this point that I just drove off. It was that or I was going to have a freakin breakdown. I am so exhausted at this point. Every single month I dread having to try and get my prescriptions because I know it's going to take weeks to get anything done. I am finally done. Tomorrow I will hopefully pick up this last medication and then, I don't know where I will transfer my prescriptions, but after 30+ years, it will no longer be Walgreens.

Have lived in this neighborhood more than 35 years and for most of those years this Walgreens was my go to. It was a pleasant place to shop and fill my scripts until it wasn't!
About 2 or 3 years ago I switched all prescriptions to CVS because I was tired of the rude employees and lack of customer service at this location.
Today I tried Walgreens again as CVS is a little more expensive (with my insurance anyway). I was again greeted (so to speak) by a rude and dismissive pharmacy tech (with red hair), who was unable or unwilling to help me. She had a lousy attitude and obviously just didn't care.
Back to the smiling faces and willing attitudes at CVS. Guess I'm wiling to pay a little extra for quality service and a good work-ethic.
Sorry, Walgreens. Your loss and I'm sure I'm not the first or the last to jump ship. Not good business!
PS there was only one other person in a chair at the Walgreens with no one else in line. The CVS was bustling with numerous people in a fairly long line that was moving very quickly and efficiently....happy customers, and staff that actually appeared to like their jobs. Need I say more?

Never answer calls, customers are not priority any longer, it is all about the pay, no one helps you out, call put on hold for over 30 minutes, I am looking for another pharmacy.

Standing here 25 minutes and only one person in front of me. This is by far the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. There’s six people working behind the counter and they can’t help two people in line in a timely fashion.

Seems like a new staff every week. Don’t bother calling about anything, you’ll be on hold indefinitely. Staff doesn’t know how to navigate insurance lookup.

Evening Cashier Briana is always friendly and helpful, though She's been stressed out the last few visits. This time and the last, she was short-handed. When her worker, Cory, saw the really long checkout line, he apologized and said he was on break, then disappeared for twenty minutes. Something similar happened last time. I was here too.

Don't go here if you ever want to get your prescriptions in any kind of timely manner. . Their online system never matches what they have in the store. The long lines of people waiting to get their prescriptions, and half the time they don't have the medication. Not all the pharmacists are rude, just a couple. The frustration and jumping through hoops it waiting for a prescription to be filled or in line is plenty for me.

This store use to be the best but not anymore. Getting a prescription takes forever if you can even get it. Lack of communication from their pharmacy. Out of product and no word from them. This is bad if your sick and can't get your medicine. When you call they don't know anything. Their standard answer call another store and find what you need than call us. Terrible way to do business. No customer service at this store anymore.
