If zero stars were possible, that is EXACTLY what I would give them.
The pharmacy staff at THIS Walgreens is absolutely horrible! They are untrained, unprofessional, incompetent, and have ZERO knowledge when it comes to giving patients correct information regarding medication refills or how the process even works.
The pharmacy technicians give false and inaccurate information. They either do not know what they are doing, don't care, or they are not being trained.
The ENTIRE pharmacy staff is EXTREMELY rude, condescending, and very, very sarcastic.
I have NEVER dealt with such rude, incompetent staff in all the years I've been at this Walgreens.
I definitely would NOT recommend THIS Walgreens to anyone.

The people at the photos were not good. They gave us false assurances. Didn't do our orders when we got an email saying it was done. Autumn refused to re do our order after she couldn't find our original order. Walgreens need to get better employees.

I strongly advise against placing photo orders at this Walgreens location. I recently moved and had always had great experiences with the Walgreens near my old home—orders were consistently ready on time, and if there were ever delays, they were clearly communicated. Unfortunately, this store has been the complete opposite.
I placed an order for one custom magnet and a set of coasters, with an estimated pickup time of Sunday morning at 8:33 AM. Since my husband and I had church, we arrived around 12 or 1 PM instead. A helpful employee at the photo counter searched for our order but couldn’t find it. When he checked the system, he realized the order hadn’t even been started. He called the manager, who assured us they could complete it within 10-15 minutes, so we agreed to wait.
However, as we browsed the store, the same employee came back and told us that the only qualified employee to complete the order (Autumn) wouldn’t be in until later that afternoon. He estimated it might be ready between 5-7 PM but recommended we come back Monday morning. Since we had prior commitments, we returned on Tuesday at 5 PM, giving them two extra days to complete the order. Shockingly, it still wasn’t ready.
The employee we spoke with on Tuesday was dismissive, full of excuses, and ultimately told us she would need to redo the entire order—which made no sense since we never even saw the original. She also claimed that assembling the coasters was an incredibly time-consuming process—something I know from experience is simply not true. My husband asked her to just complete it while he ran an errand, but instead of doing that, Autumn called me and said the reason the order wasn’t done was that they didn’t have the supplies.
At this point, I was beyond frustrated. If they didn’t have the supplies, why did the manager on Sunday assure us it would be done Monday morning? When I asked if supplies had even been ordered, the employee got defensive and awkward, trying to justify the delay. At that point, I told her to cancel the order. No magnets, no coasters—not even the magnet? That seems highly unlikely. More realistically, this was just a refusal to do her job. Magnets are one of the most commonly ordered custom items, second only to basic prints.
After four days of waiting, multiple return trips, false assurances, and complete disorganization, we received nothing but excuses. This Walgreens’ photo department is completely unreliable, and I would never recommend trusting them with any custom orders. If you need a photo order done properly and on time, find another Walgreens or a different retailer altogether.

I saw a deal for same day flat layout photo albums and thought I would take advantage as a gift for a friend. I will never use Walgreens to print anything ever again. The album book I ordered had the worst print quality I've seen in my life. It looked like was done by a dying office printer. It had ink streaks, the images all had print lines, the colors were wonky and horribly unflattering, it was Awful! Not worth the money At All.

Customer service in the pharmacy is a joke. I am a disabled American and the amount of discrimination, disrespect and mistreatment here is disgusting. I have a heart condition, bone conditions and breathing conditions. Traveling is hard for me so on the days i do feel good ill go pickup my medicine and most of the tine i cant move so ill get them delivered. I also have a assistance Animal and the cashiers supervisor was so grossly rude and assumptions run wild here, accusing instead of kindly asking. Ive worked 35 yrs in customer service and support and this Walgreens's needs to properly train all its employees on discrimination and social prejudice against people with physical or mental disabilities. This location has caused me to go without my heart medication for days. i've explained to them this issue, and they do not care. Even on days that I feel better and can move about, I will never step foot in this Walgreens again.

The manager on duty today 1/1/24 @ 10:50am needs to be fired. Not a single person in the store except for me. I’m waiting for the manager for 10 minutes to help me at the register. The young man at the register couldn’t accept my deposit so we stood there waiting 10 minutes before I took my money & business elsewhere.

The pharmacy has poor listening skills. They refilled prescription doses from an old doctor. I had an updated prescription come through from a new doctor. I called to confirm with them. They confirmed and still gave me the incorrect dosage. I was supplied 1 weeks worth based on insurance I don't even have anymore as well as an outdated prescription. I called to confirm for the second time and they still screwed it up. Nice people but they do not take the time to confirm / read.
