I came in today to grab some items as a customer. I asked if they have towels. They said they do not and I said you guys should think about getting some in a positive way because you have a wide variety shower/hygiene section. Then I walked around the corner and heard one of the two ladies make a smart remark and her tone made it worse because it sounded sarcastic which was received as disrespect. Her response was this is is Walgreens not Walmart. It was her tone though and it was intentional. The cashier did a grab job and was respectful and helpful.

Cat in cosmetics is really knowledgeable and kind. She answered all of my questions. She took time to explain to me the difference between different products. She is a true asset to this company. I hope they recognize that.

You have to turn engine off because speaker/microphone not earning correctly, and hasn't been fixed in months. Gets pretty hot waiting for your meds at the pickup window!

We decided to go to walgreens at 6 pm 8/28 Monday.The line was long around 6 people! Cashier Patty finally calls for help. A lead must be new and never have seen her before. She came out and looked frustrated and told the customers inline to go to the pharmacy to check out it they wanted to. We bought 3 core waters near the register marked 3 for $3.50. But Patty insisted it is 2 for $4. She didn't even go and check. So we told her we didn't want them. I had a $5 off coupon on makeup. She told me the coupon was invalid. The coupon expires in September. So we put those back, too. She was very slow and didn't seem to know what she was doing. So we left and went to another walgreens with no problems.

The pharmacy ladies are so sweet and pretty! I saw something about it being closed from 1-2 but they weren't and they were actually very fast, and pleasant!

I called to make sure they had primeatine inhalers. They said they did. I get there and they are completely out like the last 7 times I’ve stopped there. The store is convenient because I live in the neighborhood and some of the people who work there are very friendly. Wasting someone’s time is one of the most disrespectful things you can do.

I just sat in a half hour plus line at the drive through pharmacy just to get bold face lied to. Alisa was the name of the attendant that needs to be terminated ASAP. My dentist prescription for medicated mouth was send here. Alisa told me they weren't equipped to do compounding there. And said I have to go to a different location. And to me to get back in line while she called them. I called them and got through in five minutes. The guy at the other location said "they are equipped to do it they are just being lazy." I then got a voicemail from Alisa saying she couldn't get through. She didn't even call if I got through in minutes then she could have. So that's the second lie. Attention Walgreens management fire Alisa!

Been sitting in the pharmacy drive thru for close to 30 minutes while the people inside ignore us and give no verbal reasoning on what they're doing or why it's taking so long. The line is easily 4+ cars at any given time. About to give up and drive off. The scary part is they just opened a clinic at this location but cannot even handle a drive through line. We even had an appointment that they couldn't find even when we showed confirmation on our phone.

This village medical call me left a voice-mail about my lab test results! I called back got call center, they told me they going to call me back in 2 to 3 days. Don't you have a direct line? Changing doctor..Need to go to a real doctor that really care!
