Ran in to grab one item. I heard a conversation about various political issues from someone. I assumed it was anotger customer. No. The Walgreens worker is following two men talking about Russia and the border. Following customers having conversations no one asked to be part of. No, Hi how is your night he just decided to jump into some politics. This kid in his infinite wisdom regurgitating his political views to unsuspecting and unwilling participants who just wanted to but some snacks. The shit supervisors was very nice asking what happened as I asked for his name and advised him that was well beyond small talk.

I am a regular at this Walgreens. Both my wife and I have our prescriptions at this store as well. I am also 39 years old. The One time I forget my wallet at home I showed a picture of my drivers license on my phone (which I submitted to secure a loan for my new car). I was told they couldn’t sell me wine as it wasn’t company policy to accept the picture of an ID. So apparently a digital copy of my ID was good enough to secure a $30,000 loan but not good enough for an $11 bottle of wine. Oh, and when I got home the Chobani yogurt I was able to purchase without valid identification it was expired.
So apparently selling expired yogurt is also a company policy
I’m not upset with the manager or team at this particular Walgreen’s but corporate policies gotta be improved.

I had an urgent item shipped FedEx to this store. Several hours after it was supposed to arrive, it had still not been scanned in as delivered. I called several times to see if it was there. The phone would ring several times and then just disconnect. My wife finally drove down there and there was a pile of packages and the worker said they just didn't have time to scan anything in.
I know Walgreens is in financial trouble. Could it be because of lousy service and not enough workers to help customers in a timely manner? I don't think laying off what little help they have and have worse than their normally bad service is a good idea. Too bad good partners like FedEx get a black eye because of Walgreens lousy service...

Who ever the manager is, he does a horrible job at this store! Coolers near register are always empty! The store is so dirty! No one greet you when you walk in. Wait forever to get help.

Drove through drive through midafternoon yesterday- sign said no pharmist on duty we cannot dispense medication… the hours of operation are blank- I left wondering if they had shut down.
I returned this morning- just after 9 am the same sign was in the window. Lunch at work- called Walgreens -they said a pharmacist was there all day. Oh but not now- it’s lunch.
Recommendation: Update signs- staff when open- tell the truth

Walgreens corporate, may you explain the legality of your pharmacy switching a generic medication for the branded medication without doctor writing "dispense as written"?
Multiple times now this pharmacy has been highly deceptive by claiming through oral and walgreens portal that my generic medication would be fulfilled, only to find out that the pharmacist/portal lied about the medication being filled was generic and in reality they filled a branded drug which costs much more.

Stephanie, the cashier, always greets me warmly. She is very kind and sweet and makes my day a lot better. The world needs more people like her.

Cashier was very rude. My purchase was the last item of its kind. I was charged the wrong price. Cashier was unwilling and didn't know how to give me a paper receipt. Told me incorrectly how to slide my credit card. Sorely lacking customer service skills.

Went to return FedEx package. I unfortunately hadnt packaged my items. I asked the lady if I could buy any boxes. She said - Nope ! Only drop off. I asked if they sold shipping boxes in the store, which I later found out they did ; She told me Sorry ! to go to another location. What a poor costumer service !Thanks to another gentleman who showed me where the shipping boxes were and saved me another trip.
