Visiting Walgreens is always a positive experience. My prescriptions are filled on time, the technicians are up to date on all information that I ask. The store is clean and the personnel friendly.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. They refuse to transfer your prescription under the claim they “don’t have your profile” but if you go in person they treat you like you’re an idiot and say “well it’s right here I’m not sure what you’re doing wrong.” If you haven’t chosen a pharmacy already, choose a different one. If you have chosen this pharmacy, start the transfer process now because it’ll take over 2 months to even get them to admit they have your prescription.

Failed to fill MD prescriptipns because they didn't think I had insurance. I did but who are they to bot assume people can pay for meds if they don't have insurance

The location at 4420 E. Brown Rd. in Mesa is probably the absolute worst pharmacy in America. If you like having staff treat you like dog shit, talk down to you and laugh at concerns, then this is the place for you! Furthermore, would it be difficult to ask the “all knowing” “pharmacy manager” Susan to fill a prescription properly? She filled what she “felt” was “good enough” for me. She advised to just make up the difference from what was ordered and filled by “just taking extra pills”! I truly wish this was a joke, but sadly it’s 100% true.

Wallgreen's Pharmacy on Brown & Greenfield is rude & incompetent especially Susan, the pharmacist. I tried to discuss several complaints with her regarding several of employees. She never made eye contact and continued putzing around while I tried to speak with her. She just blew me off wishing me a dismissive "have a nice day" I'll be addressing the incompetence issues with corporate. My advice, go to CVS. I am.

Every time I'm here, I have to hunt someone down to check out and it's always the most unfriendly individual. The real issue with this location is that the pharmacist is a joke and should never work in face-to-face customer service. She is incredibly short with you, interrupts, doesn't even try to listen. She was super rude to me - I can only imagine how she is with older folks. Disgusting. Do yourself a favor and just go to Greenfield and Southern instead.

Rascist pharmacy employees. I was treated so rudely, had appointment for a COVID shot and was continually skipped. I waited over 30 minutes and went up to ask why people with later appointment times were getting to go first. The employee working had an attitude and didn't give a reason and said it was up to the pharmacist.

Do not use this Walgreens as your pharmacy if you want to spend less than 20 minutes in the drive through pick up line. I time how long it takes every time I come here - average of 7 minutes per car waiting in line. Zero sense of urgency.

This location is constantly understaffed. If you don't mind long wait times, especially at the pharmacy, then this is the place for you. Don't blame the employees. It's the store managers job to hire.
