Did an online order using a Cigna Medicare HSA Visa credit card. They were only able to fullfill $10 of the $50 order. I never received a refund in a timely manner. I contacted the store manager in person and he stated he would open a ticket with corporate and would notify me. He never notified me and when I left messages for him to call me, he never did. Absolutely abominable customer service,

I recently starting filling my prescriptions at this location and I have had such great customer service! My husband was out of meds and he normally fills at another location. That location said they were out of stock and it would be a few days before they got more. They didn’t do anything else to help him. I knew how this Baseline location was so helpful so I got his RXs transferred and filled within a couple hours. This is how pharmacy is supposed to run. It was such helpful and prompt service. I am thankful to your staff and we are happy to keep coming to this location for our Rx needs. Thank you!

The pharmacy is a hot mess, the hours are not posted clearly outside of the pharmacy window and when I showed up 10 minutes before they close I could clearly see the lady say “I’m not helping them we close soon”
The pharmacist then told us they were closing.
I switched to this one due to where I live but I’ve regretted it every time I come in here. There’s this one girl that you can tell hates her job, and seems like I always get her and she isn’t helpful at all. She’s “filled” some of my prescriptions and told me to come back within a certain time period and when I do they have no record of the refill being processed:
My most recent issue was having to fill an inhaler at another location because this location wasn’t able to by the time they originally said. Turns out they filled it anyways AND it was ready when I got my other refills. Literally like others have said it deserved 0 stars.

They are always so courteous here, from front end to pharmacy. But today was extra special, even in these hurried times! Laura was able to help me with the Walgreens app and get my discount. Willingly and knowledgeable about it! Tenjoh, my pharmacist answered all my questions with detail and taught me a few things!, which I didn't think possible lol.

Moved all of my prescriptions from Walgreens. Tired of medication supply issues, rude staff and long waits . No wonder Walgreens is closing stores. You just don’t conduct business this way.

I am not keeping quiet anymore, there is a pharmacy tech I absolutely can't stand, I go inside the pharmacy instead to avoid her now. I see some other people have left reviews about her and one even left a picture. I don't know her name but the first time I picked up a birth control prescription, which was expensive but I expected it because I don't have insurance, she saw the price and said all snarky with the ugliest look "Do you have $500?" To that I replied no but I have a coupon to use.. I read her the coupon and she said ok well it's still $160, I said that's fine I know I'm going to pay. The second time I went she asked for my name so I have it to her but she insisted there was nothing for me there, after another 5 minutes she then went straight to telling me she could have my rx ready in 10-15 minutes... ok I thought you didn't have anything. She never told me to pull forward or anything so of course I'm waiting as there was no one behind me then she comes back after 3 minutes and says "uh yeah you can leave now" like dude how hard is it to be good person? How hard is it to be nice, for free. Her snarkiness is sickening I can't stand it. Who are you to ask me if I have $500 and talk to me that way like seriously she sucks and I hope she gets transferred

I share the experiences of the vast majority of reviewers over the last year. If only there were a zero (0) star option. Pharmacy is an abomination of missing meds, long waits, and either under-staffing, under-training, or both. Store and clerks are great but steer clear of getting prescriptions here when Fry's, CVS, and WalMart are all within a mile and have better service.

Never have I ever experienced anything like the personal violation and harassment received by the male pharmacist at this site. I have received the same prescriptions for several years (which of course he can see) but the last two I have mainly utilized Express Scripts. Since I had a change in insurance, unfortunately I have had to go through a regular pharmacy. Last month he delayed them, refusing to fill the scripts and insisted on speaking with my doctors office not once but TWICE and because he is so exasperating they ended up telling him WHY I have been prescribed these meds which is NONE OF HIS BUSINESS. It is my personal business along with my doctor. Then after much delay and several phone calls with myself and my doctors office, would only partially fill them but charged $188.96 OVER the cost of just one. Price gouging like that definitely seems personal. Then he has the nerve to call me again and ask if I am going to pick up the second script to which I said no because of course it was listed $143 over the cost. Then asked me why, which, again, is NONE OF HIS BUSINESS. Not sure when he believes he became my MD but again it is the 4th day and he is still REVIEWING the very same order of 1 and refusing to fill it. If it wasn’t so unbelievable it would be comical. I feel sorry for the techs that have to work with this obnoxious idiot. Walgreens, there are plenty of qualified Pharmacists out there that will not make personal judgements and harass the customers. We beg you to find them before you have unnecessary lawsuits to deal with.

Prescriptions are never ready same day. It would be nice to start meds on the same day you’re prescribed when sick… but that doesn’t ever happen here. Also got hung up on twice when trying to see why medications were taking so long. Save your sanity and go elsewhere!

They don’t answer their phones and when they do it’s just to put you back on hold. The last 3 prescriptions I have tried to fill it has taken more than week to receive.
