  I went in to grab a face powder and hair mist which were two separate brands that had a coupon through the app. I clipped both coupons, I know how the process works, I’ve been couponing at Walgreens for years now. Idk who the lady in the red shirt with over-powered makeup was, but she was EXTREMELY rude. Firstly, a nice older gentleman was checking me out and I mentioned none of my coupons went through the transaction. So he politely and calmly (like an actual employee should be) called the lady over to see what she can do. The first thing that comes out of her mouth is ‘you can’t stack the coupons’ without even looking at my items or telling me what brands they are. I even show both coupons to her to verify that it matches what I’m getting. She said since it’s not showing up on the system she can’t alter or change the price of the item for me. I KINDLY and RESPECTFULLY said I’m not going to take any of the items and walked away. She had a very nasty attitude with me. Check the cameras and everything, I never raised my voice or disrespected her.
  
  I knew she didn’t want help me because I know she can change it and I’m not fighting with a toddler about hair products. So I went to the Walgreens on 9233 e Guadalupe, LITERALLY grabbed the same thing and guess what?
  My coupons were honored by the nice employee at the store. I also told them what happened and they told me it depends on the person if they are willing to help. I know the lady in the red shirt is going to be reading this so my advice is so leave your ugly attitude at home. Nobody likes working, but you got paid to do a job so act decent at least, damn.
  
  Also the coupon expires this week 06/28, please educate your staff on customer service.

  Been going to this Walgreen’s for many years & everyone is always so helpful & friendly! They know me & I can always find what I need & be in & out in a flash! No long lines or mess always clean & organized! My go to store & prices are great, you get points & half off on items!

  I normally use the Walgreens on Ellsworth and Guadalupe but they were out of stock on a very important medication of mine. The pharmacy manager was kind enough to check with the other store and go and physically put her hands on the medication that I needed and called me back and said to go there and fill my prescription.
  
  Upon calling this location I stated that the manager from the other store put her hands on the product that I needed in that store and then I could fill my prescription through them. She literally asked me to repeat myself three times while I spoke very clearly and articulately over the phone.
  
  I could tell she was an elderly lady and I can tell by some of these other reviews that quite a few people have had problems with her attitude and rudeness and inability to do her job properly and not make the customer feel like they're an inconvenience
  
  After telling her and her finally understanding what I was saying She Denied that anyone had been there and that they did not have my Medication period I asked her to check and ask her why the other person would lie to me and make up this story Period she said she had no idea but they don't have it Second time I asked her to check for it She claimed she walked over And they did not have it period Third time I asked because this is critical to my health I am in heart failure I stated again why would a manager tell me it was there and she touched it if she didn't and to please consult with a pharmacist. Well she forgot to hang up the phone to put me on hold and I heard the whole conversation the pharmacist basically ripped her a new one and told her that she needs to look better next time because it was right there in the delivery pile.
  
  Upon finding the product that I told her was already there that she denied three separate times I said Well it's a very good thing that I persisted and asked the question again isn't it. She came back very snarky and said excuse me what did you just say to me and I repeated it again she said they would have it ready within 72 hours I once again repeated that this was very critical to my health and that I could wind up in the hospital if I didn't have it. I did however get a phone call about an hour later is stating that it was ready to go
  
  So I go to get my medication around 4:00 p.m. on a Thursday which should not be a very busy day there was one car waiting at the window and two cars in front of me. It literally took 45 minutes for me to get to the window for them to tell me I needed to wait a few more minutes and walk away. At the 50 minute point I finally had my medication which I definitely needed at that point because I was pretty pumped up and pissed off with the whole situation. I do not recommend going to this location for the pharmacy whatsoever and they really need to get their act together over there and possibly retrain a bunch of people.

  Waited in drive thru for over 30 minutes, not sure what the hold up but these ratings are not good for this place. I'm still waiting....

  Worse walgreens I've been too. They reminded me why I don't go to any walgreens! The old lady at the cash register was a very rude and irritable woman!! She needs to learn customer service skills!! she was upset that I accidnetly went through the wrong way to stand in line to pay. There was no one in line but one guy paying already and me. Then after I was in line other people showed up to pay as well. I was next to pay and she said no that the lady beside me was next.. she thought I cut in line. The lady behind me stated I was there before her and the old lady was upset and said I need to hurry so I don't keep those people waiting then she scolled me like I was five and said next time I need to enter the right way. well there won't be a next time! This store sucks and the people are rude. The manager needs to hire people with customer service skills!!!!

  Legit worst pharmacy i have used. Walgreens in tempe much better. The male pharmacists here act like youre an inconvenience for even simple calls. The women are always sweet but… no thanks Ill be switching to safeway to avoid walgreens because jeeeeeze theres no reason for that attitude just quit your job.

  $2.99 for a single Cadbury creme egg!!! I'm old. This place has always seemed overpriced, on near everything. With the skyrocketed up price on food and things in general nowadays, Wallgreens is just a waste of funds. Everything is cheaper on Amazon or another store. I wish they were open later than 9 pm, except it's a shady area. This store itself is pretty clean & all the employees have always been very friendly & nice.
