I went to the 420 S Sossaman Rd location in Mesa az today. The lady that helped me, made my day and helped me make great Christmas stocking choices for my family. I can't say enough great things about Walgreens and their employees. I walked out a very happy Grandma.
Thank you to the employee, I didn't get her name and I'm very disappointed I didn't, because she deserves to be recognized by Walgreens.

The pharmacy has terrible customer service. Very rude when you ask a simple question or try to explain that a staff member never told you about something that they should have.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I had prescription that was supposed to be filled YESTERDAY and still waiting on it and I keep getting told to wait 15, or 5 minutes etc and then an hour and half and it's not done. This is the worst pharmacy that you could ever imagine!

Overall the store is decent and usually has adequate staff.Maria the Pharma tech though has poor attitude and moves like molasses on cold day. Meanwhile the Pharmacist working by herself is moving as quick as she safely can, answering the phone and filling scripts. Running loops around Maria.
