We had an excellent experience with Jack. He was multitasking everywhere, but took time for us at the photo counter. He compassionately and patiently assisted us with preparing photos for our Mothers funeral when we were not quite able to manage. Appreciate the kindness. Thank you so much ?

I've been using Walgreens PHOTO department at Power/McKellips for years and recently they made two employee changes that was just the wrong move......Picked up order yesterday and Ms. Rude "THERESA" acted like I was bothering her, then she began to tell me I've not had an order since June, I restated, I was just in two days prior to pick up my order but forgot one order so I was back to get it. And she tells me I've not had an order since June but it's DECEMBER...Bad attitude...Back to customer service class and for management knowledge, bring back MARYANN and BONNIE who transfered to the Greenfield/Southern Walgreens....

This pharmacy location is arguably the most incompetent set of staff. I had a prescription filled at this location, I paid for my prescription through an online portal. When I arrived to pick up: I was told I still owed the same amount I paid in advance. I explained to them I paid through THEIR online portal. They insisted I needed a code, there was never ANY code. I showed them the prescription is confirmed as paid on the Walgreens website, I showed them the transaction in my bank account. There was never a code. And I was still forced to pay AGAIN. I paid for the same prescription two times. And was never apologized to for the inconvenience of their issue. So now I have to wait 3-4 business days for one of the two payments to “fall off” my account. Ridiculous. 0/10 please choose another location.

The girl at the front counter... it was the highlight of her day telling us y'all don't sell tonto passes. First of all why not! You don't care about our forests? The lady basically told us off. "YOU HAHE TO GO BACK DOWN POWER HAHAHAH" evil

The pharmacy staff has utterly terrible customer service, you can tel they hate their job are are poorly trained and managed. They should be ashamed of themselves.

RUDE SERVICE!!! I've been here several times to pick up photos. The older lady with long grey hair and black glasses was short with me and convinced me I didn't order more prints. She barely looked in the bin under my last name. I showed her my order and it says it should be there. She called another person. He was super nice and helpful. She was then RUDE TO HIM!!! Then complained that I still needed to pay for them. Which I was doing because I was standing in line. RUDE RUDE RUDE. WONT BE BACK.

Walgreens at Power and Mckellips has the best liquor department out of every Walgreens I've been too. I go out of my way to come to come here. The alcohol is always stocked, the shelves are always clean, and the new displays for fireball, Jack Daniels, and the new Buffalo trace are eye catching! It will definitely make you want to try something new. Largest selection for alcohol than any other Walgreens.

I had a mix up about my medication with my doctor and was leaving town the next day very early in the morning so I had to receive my medicine that day. Christina was the one that helped me and she was so wonderful. I was very stressed out about the situation and Christina did everything she could to make the process easy for me. She did a great job.

It was far from a welcoming experience. I will go out of my way, just to shop at CVS, in the future, where the employees are glad to see you, are happy to help you, and look at you, with a smile, when they are assisting you!

is the Walgreens on power and McKellips pharmacy trying to use scare tactics for the older generation? I was told at the pharmacy, that if I use good RX to pay for an expensive prescription, I could not use my Medicare for the rest of the year. I have never heard of that, and I couldn't find nothing to support that declaration.

The Walgreens on Main & Recker has such Bad Customer/Patient service! Sarah the pharmacist was extremely rude and says it's ok & safe to take Meds (Antibiotics) Off the Floor and put in your mouth. She is a Disgrace as well as anybody that lets her work in their Pharmacy. I'm pretty sure they Drop your meds on the pharmacy floor then put it in your bottle, since she told me to do it. Just nasty. Maybe they are Racist I have told so many Friends and co workers about the ordeal that happened 12-4-22, Sarah is bringing Walgreens down. Shame on Walgreens for allowing it. Sarah also said i didn't need to follow my Cardiologist orders with my Beta Blocker. I switched pharmacies!

So tired of this pharmacy. The employees will help people in the drive thru before they help people that have been standing in line for 20 minutes and I was the only one in line. They do not even acknowledge you or tell you they will be with you shortly. So tired of being treated like I am annoying them for coming to pick up a prescription that I had refilled on line. I have seen many people walking out in the past, fed up with this horrible customer service and now that I have had enough, I walked out as well. I am transferring our business to another pharmacy, one that will treat us like actual human beings and not an annoyance. So sad that customer service is no longer important to this business.

I left a Fifty Dollar Bill on the counter for the counter girl just because I can. I've done the same a couple of other times at this store. The next week I tried to give the same Black Girl another fifty. She told me that she could not keep it, she told me that her Supervisor took the other fifty. I've been back to the store three times trying to get my money back but I keep getting the run around. The Manager, Miles, said no body admitted to taking it. I have written their Corporate Office but they've ignored me as well. BTW the other people who were allowed to keep the money were not Black.

They always greet us when entering the store. Employees are always friendly and helpful. They will help find items for you even if it isn't on a shelf.
