This pharmacy is horrible told my doctor to stop sending in a refill they kept requesting. can never get through to anyone. It’s such bad customer service, maybe stop sending the request to the providers office and they’ll stop sending in the refill.

Very unhappy with the inconvenience of closing the pharmacy on the weekends now. Monday went through the drive-thru to pick up prescriptions and home they were incorrectly done. I called the pharmacist had to be on hold for 20 minutes in order to get through to them and they said I had to bring the bottle back in the pharmacy not through the drive-thru to get it corrected. So I had to return after 2:00 after their lunch waited an hour between giving the incorrect prescription to them getting the correct prescription from them and getting home. They are overwhelmed on Mondays if you can avoid it don't go Mondays.

Could have better customer service. Kindly asked an employee to excuse me so I can see the shelf in front of them and they threw thier little cart and gave me attitude and told me to hurry up because they are re arranging the shelf.

Between the doctor and the pharmacy the pharmacy was unable to acquire pre-authorization from the doctor. I spoke to the pharmacist multiple times they assured me that they'd be able to fill my medication. 11 days have gone by still no medication and today the pharmacist was rude. This is not the first time I've had issues with this pharmacy. I will be going to CVS from now on. Beware!

I like to use the drive thru when picking up prescriptions as they have consistency with getting you through in minimal time. This isn't the closest one to me, but the one that is closer seemed to always take at least 10-15 minutes to do the same thing. (No matter what time of the day). Staff is very friendly & has always been able to answer any questions I may have.

Im a diabetic and have had a terrinle time getting my medication. The price has increased to over $500 a month sincr these medications are used for weight loss. They are hardly ever in stock. Once I finally get the medication I need, the pharmacy doesn’t have the needles. I’ve been waiting for over a week to get them. It’s gotten so bad I have to reuse the needles I have. This is very poor patient care and can be dangerous.

Worst pharmacy ever. They treat you like you are wasting their time when in fact I'm calling because of the constant issues they are making. I'm pretty sure someone is stealing prescriptions or something because they have less than they tell you when it comes time to fill. They are so rude and act so trashy. Avoid unless you like to wait on calls for way too long
