Worst pharmacy ever. They treat you like you are wasting their time when in fact I'm calling because of the constant issues they are making. I'm pretty sure someone is stealing prescriptions or something because they have less than they tell you when it comes time to fill. They are so rude and act so trashy. Avoid unless you like to wait on calls for way too long

I drive to this location from Baseline and Higley in Mesa because their Pharmacy staff goes above and beyond to help me.Whenever there's an issue, they are on top of things.I moved into Phoenix area a few years ago and was staying with my aunt until my apartment was available. I had issues with prescriptions from out of state. They fixed things immediately. Went above and beyond.They are stellar and will always be using them in AZ!

Ignoring me at drive through. They disabled the call button. I can’t go inside cuz I have my dog. Then when she finally did come to the window she was rude and refused to grab an OTC item like they’ve done in the past. Again, I have my dog with me and grabbing one OTC item has never been an issue at other locations ?

Walgreen's at 9230 E Main St need to check their credit/debit card system. Last month, I was charged twice because my girlfriend's card was declined, then I gave my debit card which was also declined, then I gave a credit card which was accepted. Well, as it turned out, both my debit card and credit card were accepted and not declined and I was charged twice. I waited to make sure it wasn't just a hold on my account. Once I received my statements, it confirmed my double charge. I talked to a Brian at the store and he helped me get my refund.Then today, I wend to pick up my girl friends prescription again. The lady who assisted me, asked me if I wanted to put the charge on the card that was on file. I said yes, knowing that the card on file was my girlfriends debit card. As it turned out, somebody changed the card on file from my girlfriends card to my debit card. I didn't authorize my debit card to be put on file.I told my girl friend that I will not pick up any of her prescriptions again she will either pick them up herself or she will have them mailed.This is really upsetting and I know security should be the primary focus of anybody accepting debit or credit cards. I don't feel very secure that my cards are secure so I will not visit this store anytime soon.

The pharmacy Tech or pharmacist whichever position he held was so Rude over the phone, I wish I had gotten his name. I had to transfer my prescription to a completely different pharmacy just so I didn't have to see his face. FYI to the staff if you're working in a field where you're dealing with sick people and people who may be going through health related issues and this is the field that you have chosen you may want to consider What the patient in front of you has or is currently going through as to why they need the medications you're dispensing. I just experienced a loss over this past week and it would be great to be greeted with kindness at what's known to be a place for health in wellness. DO BETTER

Do NOT use this location for Pharmacy needs. I was waiting in line for roughly 15-20 minutes in the drive thru and as I pull up to the window (a single lane) they shut the window. They finished helping the person in front of me at 1:33pm and their lunch apparently starts at 1:30pm on the dot and they closed up, walked away. They had no care that I had been waiting there prior to their lunch break. Going inside was not an option as I had a sick child in the car. Very disappointed in the quality of customer service. I've moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy and won't be doing business with Walgreens.

Natasha was extremely helpful and help me understand my FedEx package return. And upsold some paw patrol balls for my grandson that was with me. She was super friendly.

They outsource my heart pills and never have them in a timely manor I asked to fill at store level but still wind up skipping dose's every month they are not a solution to heart issues just cause more issues and high blood pressure. My Dr and wife have been notified if I have a heart problem to get lawyer. Thanks

This pharmacy needs an internal investigation launched. They have been irresponsible, dishonest, lazy, and have zero compassion for their customers. I moved to mesa from Gilbert and this was the closest pharmacy to my new home. There have been multiple occasions where they didnt have a pharmacy show up that day, so I had to go to the next closest one. If you call them for a refill, they will claim they don't have a valid prescription .so you must insist they double check and just like clockwork, "oh yeah. There it is" They are very disorganized and it's appearing VERY VERY suspicious. Especially after seeing the other reviews. I could name drop the techs, but I won't right now. But I will be contacting the corporate office on this issue. Because the way they handle business here is truly 1000% unacceptable!

The old lady at the counter was SO RUDE!! I was waiting for photos and no one was helping me so I went up to her at the counter and began to talk and she rudely interpreted me to tell me she's the only one and she'll get to me when she can. So rude, she should not be working there. Everyone around looked at her with disbelief that she talked to me that way. I will be calling the store when I get and also telling them!

Unfortunately contracted COVID and was waiting for my steroid and inhaler prescription to show on Walgreens end. The inhaler showed, but the steroid (which was prescribed to significantly help my shortness of breath) didn't. I called the Walgreens on Southern and Greenfield and they were able to see the prescription and have it filled at their location?! Also, Jason made this scenario extremely unpleasant and pretty sure he was the person who hung up on me after I was on hold for 10 minute. I was so persistent in getting these meds because of my declining health that I had no choice but to keep calling and once on the line Jason showed no compassion, patience, and was rude. After a few calls with him, I began to speak to him the way he was speaking to me then he spoke reasonably BUT I would say this pharmacy is a joke compared to the other Walgreens pharmacies I've experienced.
