I went into the bakery today for a custom gender reaveal cake. The lady denied my service and told me I need to come back tomorrow for a different lady. I dont understand why there isnt a different method in taking orders. Very frustrating my order couldnt be submitted today, as I cant come in tomorrow. Hope this comment helps to create a new system on taking cake orders.

The lady in the bakery was so rude and refused to take my order in person. I told her I wanted to customized it and their online platform didn’t have clear instruction and I wanted to speak to her about it. She went on with her day and didn’t offer any help to me or guide me other than saying do it online. My first and last time I ever think to place an order at this location.

Refused to take my cake order yesterday due to their “iPad being down”. Attempted to order cake this morning (called since 7:30 this morning - didn’t get through until 11) and they can’t take anymore cake orders…. Don’t waste your time…

My recent experience at Walmart Auto Center was nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. Their lack of organization, unclear processes, lack of professionalism and insufficient staff training made what should have been a straightforward visit an absolute nightmare. To top it off I discovered something stolen out of my front seat. I came in today for an easy tire rotation and because my car had a low oil level, which is an urgent matter. Despite waiting four hours (from 3 PM to 6:55 PM), the tech handed back my keys and told me they did nothing to my vehicle. Not even the oil issue was addressed. If I have any problems with my vehicle due to this negligence, I'll be calling management directly, as this level of service is completely unacceptable. They claim they couldn't rotate my tires because it was missing the lug nut, which is in the trunk which comes standard with all vehicle. They could've also called me when they allegedly checked in the car at 5:21pm. Rather than wait till 6:55 PM to say they couldn't find the part or didn't have it which again was in my trunk with the spare tire. The chaos started as soon as I arrived. When I first walked inside, I was told to wait outside in the tire line. After waiting 45 minutes without assistance, I went back inside to ask for help. The front desk associate yelled at another employee, who finally came over with a bad attitude to check me in. I was then told to move to another waiting area. It felt like no one knew what they were doing, and I was being passed around aimlessly. By the end of the day, I had wasted 4 hours for absolutely nothing to be done. I blame Walmart for not properly training their staff, not having clear processes in place, and failing to provide basic communication. This was an urgent visit, and their lack of care and attention is unacceptable. To top it all off I later discovered an item missing that I KNOW was in the cup holder and disappeared right after that visit. A bunch of thieves, to top it all off! This will be my last visit to Walmart Auto Center. I'll be taking my business to companies like Discount Tire, where customer service, clear communication and professionalism, actually matter.

i was very disappointed with my last visit to Walmart in the Mesa area. it was bad enough when they only have 2 lanes open with cashiers, but I adjusted to scanning and bagging my own purchases and I'm ok with that. So now they have changed most of their self check out lanes to 15 item or less, what sense does that make so now I have to go wait in line when the 15 and other lanes are open. it's like Walmart now only wants to take care of small orders and could care less about everyone else. From now on I'm just going to fry's or Albertsons where the customer service is much better.

went to Walmart since I had my car to get my oil changes. I went to Stapley Walmart the 2nd time and they said I needed an oil drain plug and to bring it back when I come get my next one which I did and I gave it to the mechanic. he never put it on or said he couldn't and never gave it back he said nothing. I happen to look at the invoice later and notice it said oil leak which I didn't have one before. now I have to get a whole oil pan with frees $707 to get the car fixed because my drain was never replaced and my oil leaked out

Who ever thought it would be a good idea to display bras in this fashion, has lost their mind. No one wants to squat down to the floor or stand on someone's shoulders to find a bra. It's also not an item that everyone would feel comfortable asking for assistance with. Do better

Alicia was our courtesy clerk at the checkout line. Right away, Alicia was friendly and smiling. We had a great small talk conversation while she efficiently bagged our groceries. She is an excellent employee and a proud mother!

I had ordered some new tires to be shipped to this location. It took over 2 weeks to show up and I kept getting the run around from 1800walmart. Finally Amanda in the auto care department helped me and found my tire that was delayed. She was extremely helpful and friendly! Also Val in the auto care dept was just as awesome! I would definitely give them a raise and if you need help with your orders or anything in general those are the two ladies I'd recommend.

I am giving 5 stars based only on my early hours of shopping here. I always shop at this location between 7am to 8am to avoid crowds. In my opinion, best time to be here. That doesn't mean I cannot find what's on my list. I get fresh donuts as well. Customer service on the floor is not loaded with stress and ready to help with any questions. No lines.

pricing was good, had a appointment to get tires on my vehicle. My vehicle wasn't even taken back for 1.5 hours after our appointment time!!!

So far this Walmart has not given me any issues I picked up from online ordering and the guy that was there was very helpful and nice at night time I've also shopped inside place was very large has a lot of options and a lot of stock

Customer service is horrible. Completely screwed me over and basically stole my money and stuff. Walmart really needs to get capable people working the customer service center.

I spend probably $200 a week here so I guess I like it here? Employees recently received a pay increase which has increased morale. There's a lot more smiling employees now.
