I spend probably $200 a week here so I guess I like it here? Employees recently received a pay increase which has increased morale. There's a lot more smiling employees now.

Pretty good overall. Clean, employees are usually nice/friendly. My issues have always come during the holiday season. Walmart DOES NOT let you know time and date in which you need to pick up an order by. They don't even tell you how many days or hours you have to pick up, they just cancel on you! That's a serious issue I hope management takes into consideration SOON!

Kayla D. Register 28 is soooooooo amazing. Hands down you can't beat her customer services skills with a stick. This Walmart has top notch employees with first class attitudes. Friendly and fun but fabulous!

I will never go there again. I think it is terrible that they don't have anybody to check you out. It is fully self checkout. I mentioned it to the helper at the self checkouts but they could not have cared less. I was never a big Walmart shopper, but now I am a never Walmart shopper.I tried to post without any stars but cannot do that.

5 stars to the best pharmacy I have dealt with in years. Always polite informative and they get my meds ready faster than any Walgreens or CVS in Mesa. I am totally impressed with all pharmacists especially Heather -and Anna at the register was super. Good to deal with nice people when my prescription prices are so high and depressing. It helps!

Won't ever go anywhere else! Had a flat and Richie at the front was an absolute ray of sunshine. The customer service is absolutely un-real. I was having such a bum morning and everyone there made me feel so special. Michael A. repaired my tire ( I was so sure I needed a new one and he worked his magic) where did Walmart find him?! Give the man an award because he sets the bar so high. Left there with a big smile on my face and felt taken care of. 10/10 speed, quality, service They have that small town charm in making you feel like family, we don't deserve them!

came to return a TV, waiting in the return line since 6:40am, employee tells me they don't open until 7am. I think thats a little weird cause the previous Walmart I went to had their services department open at 6am when the store opened. I look online, I look on their website, I look around the service area trying to find any notation they do not open until 7am. I found nothing. informed associate it does not say anything anywhere about not opening until 7am. she had no response but that she would be back. seems this is a preference rather than an actual regulation. another customer comes in behind me, also confused as to the 7am opening. Suggestion notate it somewhere, anywhere, that a customer can see so we don't waste our time waiting!

Walmart at 1710 S Greenfield Rd. Mesa Az has some of the most inept, unprofessional people working for them!! Twice in the last few months I've ordered home delivery and only half my order shows up. I don't know if the person picking the order with a list is the problem or if putting in some operational systems in place where the delivery driver can't leave with the order before it's been verified again needs to be policy. But twice?! Not acceptable!! and then when I call regarding my missing items (more than half the order both times and all the expensive items, by the way,) don't talk to me about how it's lost inventory for you and that's why you can't re-deliver my products again like Luis and Veronica tried to do. And tried to do this, mind you, behind their own managers back who had already committed to doing that for me. Additionally, the first time they did this to me I needed to update my email. I asked for that to be done. Apparently a multi billion dollar a day company isn't capable of updating an email either because that never happened. Get it together Walmart!!!

My first time here. I get out of my car in the morning, I get approached by some young woman in the parking lot. She says to me: "sir, I need money for food and diapers." I told her: "well I'm not buying them for you."I enter the store, made my way to the electronics section, not a soul to be had. I decided it's time to leave.Right after I exit the store I see yet another woman, with a stroller, in the parking lot. She says something in Spanish, and she is holding up a big sign written in English."Need help with food and diapers." Thinking she didn't know English, I just shoed her away.

Checked in at noon for an oil change and my car is now barely getting looked at while other cars went ahead of me that came here after me. Oil changed shouldn't take 4 hours.

Communication is terrible, service is terrible, the employees are too. I set an order and they marked my package as delivered. It never came in the mail. It's been three weeks since and just found out it got lost in the mail. To even get to customer service i had to call three times and they picked up the phone and immediately put me on hold, then hung up. I had to call three times and left it ringing off at least ten minutes.

Went in for an oil change and my truck sat in the shop since 1:28 for an oil change. It took until 4:30 to complete it. Unbelievable

I feel so bad for the employees. Seems very under staffed. As a customer be ready to wait in line forever and have 3 cash registers open.

Order a pickup for a video game as a present for my son for Christmas. Turned out someone opened the game and stole the game before giving me the item. Wow, just wow. Thanks for that
