Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was absolutely amazed by how rude, unprofessional and uncaring their employee Chuck is. He has no regard for patient care or the real meaning of customer service. He should not be working with the public.

Shady staff won't tell you the truth. Forget about corporate help. Finger pointing game, no ownership of the problems.

This Pharmancy is not a good pharmancy for people that are in need of their scripts. Their computers never get the dr. Orders for meds. Or the computers dont automatically change for a generic form of that med and the ins kicks it back because they dont catch it and tell you your ins dont cover it. If you are on life saving meds go somewhere else plz they are going to make someone loose their life because of accidents that never should happen.

The only reason this pharmacy isn't showing one star for all reviews is that a lot of older people don't know how to write them. THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY EVER. I tried to get a script transferred to them, did so and then they told me they didn't have the medication. Said it would be in the next day, Didn't come . Said it would be in the next day, Didn't come. After going there four times, I had it transferred back to the original pharmacy but they never transferred it back and now after a 5 day wait, I'm told it won't be in until Monday and I am out of my medication. I called them and they put me on hold for ten minutes at which time I just hung up. These guys need to be reported. In the meantime, JUST DON'T GO THERE!

Was told my prescription would be ready by 12:30pm; went in at 12:50pm and Mary said it might be ready by 2pm to try back around 2/230pm. She kept cutting me off while talking and laughing not listening. After today I will be switching. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY, very rude and slow.

Pharmacy manager has not a clue about what customer service is. Refuses Good R/X savings so I had to call Good R/X and they set him straight. Had to go back and get a refund. Manager refused to call me back after 2 requests. No wonder the staff is so rude there.

I have promised myself several times now that I would not come back to this Walmart Neighborhood Market. Today, I made the mistake of stopping in since I needed to visit a nearby business. I had mostly frozen foods and I waited in line for 40 minutes. This is inexcusable. A woman a few people up in line was trying to pay with a gift card that didn't work. They had three employees monkeying around trying to make it work, while the woman offered to pay in cash instead. Although there were four others behind me and my stack of frozen items say on the belt, they continued to ignore the customer who offered cash and continued to ignore all the others in the long line. There was only one other register open, which is par for the course in this place. (they open a service lane for lotto and alcohol purchases only.) If this was a one-off experience, I might chalk it up to a few incompetent people who just didn't care about the customer experience, but this must be the 8th or 10th time I have had a very bad experience in this store. I avoid the self-check-out aisles because I have had problems 100% of the time. I own a business, so having to wait an additional 40 minutes, when I thought it would be a quick 5-minute visit costs me money. Although I pay more at the local Fry's most of the time, it is now worth paying more just to know that the experience will be good and there will be no hold-ups during the check-out experience. They are always understaffed at this Walmart and, with so many retirees shopping there this time of year, most of the shoppers are in no rush and casually take their time to have lengthy chats without a care in the world. For working people, this is not the place to shop.

I have been shopping here for years and have never had an explicitly terrible experience. Ashley is fantastic, very polite and always funny. They have a few great cashiers that know my family well and are always checking up on us. Chak in the pharmacy is very polite and has been a huge help to us over the years. Drive through seems to take a bit longer when he's not there, but it happens. I can't really say anything poor about this location aside from its pretty frequent for them to only have 1 cashier at night and it does get backed up at times with self checkout closed. Other than that, place is great.
