They have no phone service. It rings, they answer and have you select direction. You tell them it says they will connect you and it rings. It rang for 6 minutes and then hung up. I tried 10 times and each time the same. The operator at the store was nice enough to go over there and they called me back

Always takes 20-30 Minutes to pick up an RX. They never have my insurance and havent switched my address in 12 years after asking this location!

They only have one technician to do anything, what’s the point of cashiers if they can’t access your information? They need more people hired here. Ridiculous.

Told to come back because it was 4 min before their lunch and they were already helping 2 people. I'd understand if I got in line at 1:30 or after but I made it before they closed. Just needed to pick up a prescription for my mom on my lunch. I'm laughing with how terrible this was.

The staff here is awful! I understand that it's a job to you, but for many of us these medication you provide are life saving and necessary. Yet the staff couldn't careless about us. I have never felt so belittled by the staff of a pharmacy, and I cant wait to switch to CVS.

Customer service was terrible when trying to return something. The blonde manager was so rude to an older man trying to exchange a tv. She seemed impatient and very snappy when responding to him. Then when my husband and I tried to return a bike, the other woman assisting us was completely clueless because it didn't have the price tag on the bike, but it had the numbers on it along with the manual and receipt. She called someone over to help and he said they don't carry bikes with reflectors... umm all the bikes they have include reflectors. We ended up going to another Walmart and were able to return no problem with great customer service. We do not plan on returning to the first Walmart

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Same exact time sensitive medication same exact time every month and every time it's the same story..out of stock..tomorrow after 4... Next day they say the next day and so on and so on. Sometimes they'll give a partial script depending whether the pharmacist feels like it but most of the time their "power" goes to their head and they just make you wait a week with no regard to how your body will react to suddenly stopping your medication. I have to physically and mentally prepare myself every time before I go in because every time it's 100% the worst day of my month. I will never step foot in another Walmart pharmacy for as long as I'm alive thanks to these "professionals"!

As a rule, I really like Walmart pharmacies. I will choose a different location from now on. Very poor customer service, making elderly people wait in line about an hour and showing no concern when this was brought to their attention. Try the pharmacies on Signal Butte or East McKellips instead.

Cane in frozen foods saved Christmas dinner! Awesome service. Ordered pick up missing half of the twice baked potatoes. App says there are five in store but not on shelf. Cane went the extra steps to find them in the back! Very grateful that Cane cares about Walmart customers give him a raise!

Jeniffer in Customer Service is just rude talking bad about her staff about who is lazy and who does what but funny thing about it all she doesn't do a darn thing either . Then she's all complaining out loud about her bonus and how it was short . For a grown woman she's got a lot to learn about respect for her self && others
