This may be the best managed pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are prompt and courteous and they aren't seen standing around chatting with each other while their (many) customers are waiting. I give them 5 stars.

This pharmacy is unreal! I’m stuck going to CVS cuz of my insurance (or at least I thought I was) and I pick up mymother-in-law’s here. I’m always so jealous because this place just has it together! No matter what time of day or night, even if they tell you it’ll be a few minutes, it never is; they are so fast and efficient! And heather took the time to quickly explain that I’m actually NOT stuck going to the most ineffective pharmacy, CVS on Guadalupe and Crismon. They are ALWAYS CLOSED! At least the drive through is. If you have a job, even part time! You won’t have time to go to this pharmacy to get your scripts. I can’t wait to go to the doctor this month and have everything switched to this Walmart pharmacy. Thank you guys for your amazing service and your speed and efficiency!

I had my dr. And insurance say it ok to feel prescription but the pharmacist thought he knew more than my dr and my insurance making wait intell i was completely out he is a Indian immigrant the other pharmacist dousnt try to play dr like he does

Seriously Hayden went above & beyond this evening!! Long story short we had an ins plan that was showing inactive, he made multiple phone calls to try and resolve it! It was outside of his control but he still gave it his all, unfortunately I will have to deal with the insurance myself but Hayden was at least able to get some coupons to help with the price of the necessary meds we had to pick up! Thanks Hayden! You did so much more than you had to, and I appreciate it so very much!

The manager tonight was extremely kind and helpful. I really hate that I never got his name but he was bald (sorry) and wore glasses. He made sure to help me find what I needed before the store closed and I am very grateful for that!

I went in at 4 pm and needed a prescription transferred. I was told the pharmacist was to busy to do it that day. It's very frustrating to be told that 5 hours isn't long enough to do a script transfer. I needed the medication that night.

I always shop through the grocery app and pick up my groceries. I absolutely LOVE this service. I save 2 or more hours a week by using this service. The only complaint I would have is that the products they pick for me are not always the freshest. For example: milk expires in 2 days, or bread, cheese or meat with the same issue. If they improve on this, it will be the best service ever!!!

Grocery pick up is my favorite. I'm always greeted with a smile! My last visit was my most pleasant yet, he had noticed it had been while since I placed an order and said how they've missed me! Made me feel valued! Great job guys!

The pharmacy at 1585 E Guadalupe Rd, Gilbert is awful. My doctor called in my prescription yesterday and I went in to pick it up today. Not only was it not ready but they did not have it in stock. (They had some of the medication but not enough to fill my prescription). They did not even partially fill my order or call me. They left it sit and did nothing until I arrived looking for it. It was at that point that they asked if I wanted them to order it. Really? I have a highly contagious infection, of course I want the antibiotic!!! I also requested that they give me what they had. Where is the common sense in all of this? If they had a question, why didn't they call me. I have never experienced such incompetence in my life.

Every time we've come here it's been a quick and easy trip. They do usually have people stocking items or some boxes blocking the way in the back, but I've never had a problem with item pick-ups or finding what we need. It is a neighborhood Walmart so keep that in mind if you can't find everything you need. Sometimes they close the produce side early (like hours before closing) and put the gate down so you have to go in through the Exit side. But overall a good location.

I want to say thank you to the team who takes care of online orders. They are very professional and always provide great customer service! Every time there has been a mix up or problem with our order they provide the upmost customer service and always make it right. I will continue to go there strictly because of the great service we get each week. Thank you!

Thought I would try the grocery pick up today. HORRIBLE!! 6 of the things I ordered were out of stock. The beer I ordered (Samuel Adams Octoberfest) was substituted by Winter Lager...not the same thing! I said NO SUBSTITUTES! How could a grocery store be out of onions??!! No saltine crackers??!! Now I have to make a special trip to Fry's, which is where I should have gone in the first place!
