I’m really surprised that this pharmacy has so many bad reviews. I’ve been getting my medication here for 3 years and everything has always been wonderful, and the staff are very helpful.

No integrity here. I've been trying to get insulin refill since may 10th. Had doctors send new script and was told they would call insurance for override. Got message to pick up script and was told it was denied again. I called insurance and was told pharmacy did not call in override. No the pharmacy is closed. No insulin tonight !

Great service, helpful information when new scrips are added. I appreciate the text updates on scrips that have been filled. Lines are long in winter when the winter folks are in town and illnesses tick up, but that is the same all over.

Too bad you can't give no stars. I never would have believed anyone could be worse than CVS. but I'm going to RUN back to CVS. Every time I call for an update they say something different. Today I was told "later today" at 9:00am, "it will be ready in 15 minutes" at 4:00pm, then after my daughter driving from Phoenix to pick it up, and sitting behind 5 cars at the drive thru she's told "it's out of stock".

Extremely rude, calling for past 3 days, no answer leaving out of the country and my refill will not be ready

It takes a lot for me to switch pharmacies from the one that's the most convenient, and one or two bad experiences wouldn't do it. We've been using Walmart as our pharmacy for years, but this location made us switch because there's always a problem.I have dual insurance. Nearly every single visit they only bill one insurance, if they bill any at all. Each visit I have to call first to give them my insurance information. Again and again.I'm signed up for text and email alerts, and many times I will get an alert telling me that a prescription refill has been delayed. I have never gotten a call from the pharmacy to resolve the issue. It never gets resolved unless I call to ask what's happening - even if my input isn't needed at all! With this last refill they first wouldn't refill it because they needed to contact the doctor. Fine. After faxing them they didn't hear back, so they just left it alone. No call to me, no follow up with the doctor, nothing. I had to call to get an explanation (they wanted new instructions on the medication, not to reuse the old instructions on the refill) and get it moving again. By this point I was out of medication, despite having submitted a request for a refill days in advance. I spoke with the doctor myself who said his office had responded by fax but would call them to file an entirely new prescription, so I thought it would be resolved quickly, but no. After radio silence I called this pharmacy again, and they told me that it wasn't ready to refill again for another month because it had been refilled yesterday! What?! It turns out that they had filed two claims so my insurance thought I had already picked it up, and wouldn't fill it at all. They originally said they'd fix it, but when I called again a different worker told me to call myself and fix it with the insurance. I wish that was a joke. I refused, and they called to fix their own mistake while I waited for over an hour. My prescription was pretty tame, not a narcotic or anything that could be used to make anything dangerous, but they were treating me like I'd been trying to go from pharmacy to pharmacy to fill this prescription multiple times. Ridiculous. The employees were bickering with each other, I'd been out of my medication completely for days, and it was all a mess. They need a serious overhaul in management to figure out how to streamline their processes better at this location.

Was disappointed with today's purchase. One of the prescriptions I filled at this pharmacy was 10 times more expensive than the neighboring pharmacies and Amazon prime.

Always good service inside at the counter or at the drive-thru. Very happy with pharmacy personnel-never a problem.

In line to drop off prescription and they closed the line one person ahead of me to go lunch and told me to come back. Will not be coming back.

I have tried pick up quite a few times now. It's always an awful experience. Don't come here, you'll just end up frustrated. They DO NOT know what they're doing.

i only rated 5 stars so this will get seen, The pharmacy department is beyond unprofessional and unsympathetic. I work in the medical field, I speak with other pharmacy professionals daily, this is definitely one place I avoid speaking with, the lack of COMPASSION the staff there has is unreal, they process many of my patients prescriptions incorrectly which then in turn forces the pt to pay out of pocket or wait a couple days till someone figures out the correct way to process meds for payment , some advice for management please have your staff up to par on policies on submitting for coverage of meds.
