The amount of dogs (non service animals) that they allow in this place is absolutely disgusting.

The store itself is fine and the employees are nice BUT the cashier who rang up my groceries today did so with some rancid stench of a perfume all over her hands which she seemed to think was okay to smear all over all my groceries. So now I can't use any of my food in its original packaging without smelling that nasty crap! DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Walmart needs to put a stop to this.

It's Walmart meh. But after not receiving any help from a lady behind the deli counter. Deanna was able to resolve my issue I had in the bakery. She is what great customer service is all about. 🤩

Most associates are not friendly, which lowers the cornerstone of service to the customer.

The location is great but very busy at night time. Lately, I’ve been having good luck finding what I want in-store and at a discounted or clearance price. It seems at times, like the store is going to close down, but that’s not the case. Recently remodeled and updated, the shelves get emptied quickly. I typically have a fun, stress free and enjoyable experience when shopping at this Walmart. The staff is doing their jobs, trying to keep the store safe, shelves stocked and trying to please Walmart’s managers and higher up bosses. But, if you need help finding a product, price check or with any concerns, they are more than happy to provide you with assistance.
Cons - can be very busy, hard to find your needed items and getting a close parking spot, might be an issue.

Went to buy an item locked in a case (300 bucks) at 4ish pm on a Monday. Informed by 2 different ppl that person with keys went home. Wild...no one seemed to know if back up keys existed. Amazon just gained another sale. I drove here just to purchase this.

I worked at this location MANY years ago. I was here when self check first was installed. I'm absolutely embarrassed at what it's become. They cattle prod you into self check then when your groceries are scanned, try to force you into card pay. When you try to use cash there is no customer service attitude anymore....they just shrug their shoulders and show you another lane where you can rescan your groceries and pay with cash. Sam Walton is probably rolling in his grave at what it's become. You've sacrificed PEOPLE at the altar of the almighty dollar. Way to go.

This is my last shop at the Baseline/Country Club store. I walked in this evening to purchase a bike lock. After waiting in the back for 30 minutes, pushing the call button, and asking other employees for assistance, we were told not my department! Ok, not your department, but where is the customer service?? Why don't they say not my department, but let me find someone or page someone to assist? I walked to the front of the store and asked the lovely lady checking the receipts if she could page someone to assist. She paged, and it was announced 3xs, and no one came. I called the store, but no one answered; the electronics did not answer, but they were all standing around talking. I spotted another worker and asked for help and was told he was going on lunch! Are you kidding me? I walked halfway down the aisle, and a lead named Alma was walking towards me. I asked her if she was able to assist. She stated well, I am here. I then asked if anyone was working today because I had been in the store for over 45 minutes trying to purchase a locked-up bike lock. She looked at her phone and said no, everyone is gone now, and the people you were asking for help were on their lunch or going to lunch and cannot help you. Where is the damn customer service! If it were not for us customers, how would they get paid? I was not going to deal with her attitude, and I told her, nevermind I no longer needed anything, but I would speak to a manager! She responded fine and walked off. I went back to the lovely lady at the front and asked her if she could call a manager so I could speak to them. She did, and he came out within a minute. He also had an attitude and told me he had paged someone twice. I told him all I wanted was a bike lock. Could you assist me with this, please? I also told him about the interaction with Alma, the lead. He responded oh, she works in the front. It does not matter what area she works in. All this Walmart staff needs to be retained in customer service because they lack in that area.
The manager went to get the key, and I sent my husband and my son to show him which bike lock he wanted. As they were walking by, Alma was passing them and muttered damn they are rude. I did not hear it; I saw my son look back and continue walking. He told me after we had left the store what he had heard Alma mutter. I am not a complainer, and I do not believe that the customer is always right. I do believe in being respectful and having excellent customer service. Treat people as you would want your family or yourself treated. Alma needs to find another job as customer service is not for her, and as for the lazy manager sitting behind a closed door doing who knows what, pay attention to your store and staff! Walk around and greet customers and ask if they need assistance with anything. Be better, Walmart you have a business to run. If you had no customers you would not have a job!

Walmart has gone from bad to worse when it comes to check out. Half of the check out is the self machines and all but 4-5 of them are open. What a joke.

Really dislike this Walmart. I go because of the garden center. Yet, the register is NEVER open. You have to walk to the front of the store to check out and then walk all the way to the other end of the store to get to your vehicle. The lady that was standing at the door was so busy playing on her phone what when I asked her a question she completely disregarded that I was even there. As of today I will no longer go to this Walmart. I spend a lot of money there. I will now take my money elsewhere.

The drivers will bring you somebody else’s groceries. They will stink of marijuana, and they will barely know how to walk. I will never be going here or order from them again.

The parking lot desperately needs re-paving. It’s like trying to push your cart over gravel. I’ve had my eggs break in my cart on the way to the car because of how bad it is.

Went early so I can shop with a bit of peace. Store was very clean, I found everything I needed. Some prices were cheaper than what I saw at another Walmart, go figure. Overall good experience.
