Whoever this hispanic dude is who insulted my car being messy for a doordash pick up is insane. it is not your issue. i will be calling the manager to leave a complaint because he insulted my boyfriend multiple times and it’s literally my car anyways not his. We dont work for you. You don’t get to insult people and write people up. ridiculous. this is the 2nd time employees that are children have been discriminating.

Easy for a stop and shop usually in stock on items very little checkout/self checkout lanes opened
Edit: So today is 02/02/25 and I ordered a pickup order and yes usually they are a little slow but within about 10 minute you’ll receive your order but I have been waiting for about 20-25 minutes for my order and when I got here there was about 7 associates doing one order and then they told me they would be right back and then 1 associate has only been out here since. There is another car who has been waiting even longer than me as well they got other vehicles out here that parked after me which is just bad business management because that will show up on the odp report of long hold times. Lowered my score honestly 2 points stars because of this, as someone who has worked and been a manager at multiple Walmarts your odp brings in a lot of money and these metrics do carry weight and the little attention to this reflects they don’t care.
Edit 02-23-25: Every time I come here it’s something now, so apparently i was handed an item that was a display when asked to be shown where an item was then was told I can’t buy it by the employees in self check out and then they started arguing over who is going to check the shelf/price in-front of me lol this place is a joke and keeps getting worse and worse

I generally like the store but too many dogs. Dogs in the carts and in the aisles of the store ,even in the food section , will make me seek stores that don’t allow dogs.

Way way way to many self checkouts
I personally will have someone employee operate the checkout or I will use a live checkout. If no live checkout I will leave my cart in the isles for some employee to take care off.

I've been to Walmart shopper for years. I think it's time to stop shopping at Walmart. Most of what you purchase at Walmart can be purchased on temu or one of the other Chinese online stores. Walmart is not American made as Sam Walton first built it. And I can't stand the self-service checkout lines, Walmart has fired employees and given us, the customer, the job to ring up ourselves. No thank you.

Super slow. Really wish there were fewer Walgreens locations overall if it meant we can have more 24 hour locations. But efficient.

One star based only on Auto Dept female lead I conversed with on 1/16/2025 at approx 3pm. My female friend ordered 2 tires from Walmart online and a male friend put them on her wheels but didnt air up. She and I took the wheels here in the bed of my truck and asked to get them aired up. The female "lead" said there would be a charge. I asked if you offer free air to cars that come in and she said yes. So I asked whats the difference? She tried to imply that Walmart would be liable if the wheels were not balanced and something happened! I said the techs have no idea if a wheel is balanced when a car drives up and gets free air. She seemed perplexed to find a locical reply but ultimately refused to do if for free. We took the wheels to QT across the street and aired up no issue for free! The bead was not set however it was a tight fit and I KNEW it would easily seat with a standard air chuck as it did at QT. There was NO legit reason for Walmart to deny free air for a tire off a car if it is offered for tires on a car!

Talk about being weird. I refuse to use the self checkout due the weird and awkward interaction today. I came in the get my daughter some cough syrup and my son some cologne. I can’t finish the transaction because the machine needs age verification. Ok cool. First guy was really sweet but his barcode didn’t work. He calls over an elderly lady to finish the transaction. She asks for my id, annoyed as I do not look that young and I’m clearly with my 13 and 17 year old children. Anyways I hand it to her. She is literally staring too hard at the ID and finally looks up at me. Looks back at the ID and back at me. She does this three times. I’ve worked retail and have held up IDs to people’s faces before that was not the issue. It was the triple checking and the long two minutes of waiting for those woman to verify I am the person on the card. The picture is only a few months old so no misunderstanding of this is an old image, it is not. I told her to cancel the transaction. I took our items to a register. If I’m going to be harassed then I’m not bagging my own items was my thought process. The young lady that served us at the register was so sweet and talked about how the cough medicine was a good choice and how this illness is just going around right now, told my daughter be prepared to lose your voice lol. Seriously idk if the lady was hard of seeing or what but she made the whole interaction at self check out very awkward and uncomfortable situation. Thank you to the other staff for giving me hope that it’s a her problem and not a store problem.

Very clean & well organized. Easy to locate the items I needed so I could get in & out quickly.
