These employees standing at the checkout out were complaining very loudly about people being in the store, i understand frustration with people coming in close to close but when you are just standing overseeing the self checkout i struggle to see the problem. Working in customer service i often get annoyed in the same situation, but the lack of professionalism was a bit shocking. Please brief your employees about what is acceptable to talk about around customers and maybe how to whisper. I believe his name was jaylen.

Mesa's store horrible customer service . We waited over 30 minutes to have paint mixed after the cashier's spilled it all over. Had to come back the next day to have the paint mixed again. Nobody apologizing for the whole ordeal, no discounts of course. I do not recommend this store at all.

Got searched 3 times because I bought a bin. You have all these cameras that loss prevention can use to see if you're concealing items or not but no you insist on coming over and searching my purchased bin 3 times with 3 different staff members. They want us to scan our own groceries but don't trust us to do it. I hate this company.

Too many empty shelves. So many items that sell well are too often gone. This is basic math, if you are repeatedly running out of a product increase the amount on the shelf until you find a happy medium. That's it!
