Hi everyone,
My family and I had a good experience with associate personal banker, Elaine Martinez. As I went into my appointment, I was unsure of what to do with my money. She was descriptive when discussing each method and showed clear understanding. However, I believe the most valuable part was her character. It felt less overwhelming working with her on what to do. Everyone I came across was welcoming at this location. I admire those who make decisions a little less tough for people!

I just had the best session with banker Elaine Martinez! Considering I was on the waiting list, in just one hour she was able to take care of several account changes in just a moments notice. Elaine was so understanding and informative on plans and saving options. I opened a new savings account and signed up for a new credit card all in one discussion. I would highly recommend her, she is so professional and so helpful! My parents will be scheduling with her again in the future!

Asked if I could come in later that day for assistance, they asked to put me on a brief hold and just never came back. A 5+ min hold is not "brief"

Been here 6 different times to get help on several issues with by business account. No1 is ever available to help. 3 different times they said the employee's didn't show up. Or they got over booked. Just 1 excuse after another.

I’ve been banking with wellsfargo for many years, moved to Mesa in 2016 and this is my go to branch.Everyone is always so polite except for last week I went in for a withdrawal.. I felt rushed even though it was empty in there.. the lady didn’t even offer an envelope for my cash I had to ask AND!! I was asked to write out a withdrawal check??! My anxiety ? BUT today 8/25/22 I went in again and Dora( I believe her name was) was super nice! Transaction was quick and easy.

I just moved across the street and I didn't realize this was open to the public due to all the construction signs around it. I finally figured out how to park here. The people inside the branch are friendly and are quick!! Someone who has kids I want to get my business done as quickly as possible!! These tellers have urgency!!

I cannot stand when a bank has standards that change from Branch to branch. I go in there to cash my check which is drawn on that bank and sometimes I have to pay a fee other times I don't. I also cannot cash my check in the Drive-Thru because I don't have an account there even though the check is drafted from that bank. Sometimes my fee to cash my check is $7 other times there is no fee and today my fee was $7.50 for some reason. All in all I do not like this Bank and if my check wasn't drafted from it I probably would not use it.
