I have been a Wells Fargo member for close to 25 years, if this was the only location I could go to I would take my money elsewhere. Going inside to the tellers are a nightmare. Always people walking around behind the glass or sitting at the window but will always say that window is closed. Today there was 4 people at the window but only two were assisting customers. I hate this location because it's always like this. Who are all the people walking around back there but not taking care of customers? Wells Fargo I know you don't care about me because I am not a millionaire but do you really have to be so obvious about it? I suggest you go to a different location. Read the reviews, most all say the same thing yet they do nothing about it and apologize but still do nothing. It's because they have so much money and don't want to spend it on staff who will eliminate all this nonsense.

drive thru atm’s haven’t been open in so many months. only 3 tellers inside so the lines are long and move slow. there’s a couple workers that hang around but don’t jump in to help when they are obviously needed.

I get that we have a lot of businesses and the businesses are a lot of construction workers with trailers, but those workers and they're big trucks shouldn't be able to park along side of the curb in front of the building behind the vehicles that actually parked their cars in parking spots in front of the building. It's hard enough trying to see when backing out for cars entering the plaza. They should park in the parking lot along the side of the building so it's safer for the people backing out. I'm getting honked at when they're in my way. Also, if you're going to shut down almost all of the nearest closest branches then you need more tellers. I have a business to run and I need to be back to my store but I'm standing in line for 10 minutes.

I called in to speak with the branch manager and my call was picked up then without a word spoken by the banker, they hung up the phone. I called back and got a recorded message. Valued clients are not appreciated at this branch. Best of luck. Not a problem, I'll just move my accounts to Chase Bank.

This is hands down the worst Wells Fargo branch I have ever dealt with. Anytime you need to speak to a banker, they tell you that you can’t see anyone that day - even when their branch is a ghost town. They have terrible customer service here. Do yourself a favor and go to Stapley and McKellips. Their branch manager is still holding employees accountable for standards of Customer Service that a bank should have. Whoever’s in charge of this branch has let it continue to decline since Covid.

Complete morons work here. We're unable to tell you what is your credit card balance. Now does this make sense? Not to me it doesn't. It's probably why Wellsfargo finds themselves closing branches all over the place. No one wants to deal with them.

The star only for the man who greeted me when I entered and to an ATM because with whom I wanted to talk about transferring my money from my 401, one who speaks Spanish did not assist me after waiting more than 2 hours at that branch, in my life I will return

The worst customer service ever
I went to get change for my business . The teller her name is DESTINY . Shes was so slow with her service. I ask her if it’s ok to be little quicker with her service she gave me attitude and she gave me my change back which is worth $100 of pennies and she doesn’t want to give it to me in a bag or anything to hold on so I left the place and my pennies were falling on the floor I went back again and I asked her can I have a bag and she was no Took her name and ask another lady if she can give me a bag and she to the back very nicely she got me a box for the change and I was able to collect my change . Clearly DESTINY wasn’t doing her job right And she was not knowledgeable for her performance was unprofessional .

We had really good service opening our checking and savings. Then we had another appointment with a banker over mortgage questions, that went terribly. We were scheduled at 9am. We waited 20min. All banker offices were empty and no one asked us what we needed help with while we waited.

Worst bank I've ever used. I left them over fees and now 15 years later they are suing me. For the fees. So do yourself a favor and get a credit union account. Wells Fargo is the bank that robs you.

my husband and i went in to make a joint account with them and they couldn't even set up my account. Then we got an email 2 hours later stating they're closing our accounts down because they can like what???? i used to bank with them from 2012 to 2019 i think. wanted to go back but it was a f u to the face i guess.
