I have been a Wells Fargo customer for many years. I typically utilize the bank/ATM near my home as I am a creature of habit. Stopped in quickly to use the drive up ATM at this location and was pleased with the experience. Quick, simple, and safe.

Quick trip to the drive thru ATM. Easy to get in and out with a quick withdraw of cash. I'll keep this location in mind when in the area as it was easy to use, and be on my way.

However the person on charge was today is extremely rude, you can't call a moron a customer that needs a service in a different language.This person came an ask for a service in Spanish and she was extremely rude. The teller was so nice to him, but this lady awful

If I could give lower than a one star I would. We waited for over an hour to open an account. The manager took the customer that came in after us because she thought it would be faster than our appt. Ridiculous! Need customer service 101 training.

New manager doesn't know what she is doing, I'm moving to Charles Schwab, just wasted my time and everyone in lines time. Get some trained staff. I'm over Well's Fargo and them nickeling and diming customers, way better bank options out there now.

I've been using Wells Fargo for business banking, for two of my business is for almost 12 years combined today The bankers at this location made my life far more difficult than it needed to be. I would highly recommend against Wells Fargo. It seems things have changed quite a bit. I will be closing my accounts and moving.

My husband and I have lived in Mesa for 11/2 yrs. This branch location on McKellips is the one I always use. I’ve read really bad reviews and I’ve always been treated with utmost courtesy. Everyone is professional and very nice. I had a problem and I called and spoke with Corey Royal. He made an appointment with us for this morning and he rectified the problem in a few min. Worst customer service ever! I’ve been a WF customer for years, but I’m done with this bank after today. I came in today to deposit a retirement account check that I was moving to a different retirement account. The inexperienced teller was pretending to deposit the check, but she left the counter several times to go talk to other employees. She seemed confused about what this check was, but never informed me there was an issue and she would not be able to deposit this check into my account. After several minutes and saying she was almost done with the deposit she returned to inform me she couldn’t deposit this. If this wasn’t frustrating enough and a waste of my time she took a stamp and stamped VOID in the check. Apparently she thought this was some kind of scam. I am now in the process of closing both my checking and savings accounts at WF.

Don't do business with Wells Fargo Mortgage!! They have been my mortgage provider since I purchased my house in 2006. I have refinanced twice over the years and just recently I requested to refinance again to lower my payments. My home appraised at over twice the amount I was asking for but they denied the loan because it is my 'second' home and not my primary. And according to the "underwriters" that makes it ineligible for refinancing. But they can't tell me that until AFTER they collected $650 from me for an Appraisal! The fact that it being a second home would make it ineligible should have been known from the start. I did not hide this fact from them and explained that my disabled sister lives in the home. I will never do business with them again and I will never advise any friends, family, or business clients to use this thieving company!!

I’ve tried for two days to call this branch & they don’t take phone calls & tell you to go online. I just need to know if they have a notary before I drive all the way there as it’s free w my acct, $10 at UPS.

The service manager Joseph Sullivan, He is absolutely exceptional!!!! And it's every time I visit this location. I can remember every single interaction I've had with him because of the level of customer service he has provided. Excellent customer service unfortunately is a rare thing these days. Due to the customer service I receive at this location, it is the only location I will go to. Thank you Joseph for going above and beyond from the very first interaction. You sent lollipops in the Drive-Thru because you heard my kiddo screaming in the background lol And Before you sent them you even took the time and consideration to ask if it was okay because of the sugar. You made his day! :) Your exceptional if I could give you 10 Stars I would!

I have been a member of this bank for almost 35 years, I brought my kids in to set there checking accounts only to be told sorry you don't have an appointment. No one was there, 3 tellers a manager and a customer service agent. Told we couldn't wait appointment only, I understand appointment if your slammed with customers but they weren't. So we went right around the corner to chase and opened up checking accounts no problem. I will stitch all my accounts this next week.
