Last week on Friday this bank illegally transferred funds from my existing business account to my new business account to fund it without my written or verbal authorization to do so after I instructed him THREE TIMES verbally to fund my new business account from my PERSONAL checking. Anyone that knows basic business finance knows you don't move monies from one business account direct to another. When I asked them how that even happened, the banker said he didn't know. When I told them to remove the transaction since I didn't authorize it, he said their systems couldn't seem to do that even though the transfer hadn't completed, saying "their systems are antiquated and need to be updated". The only "solution" the Manager could come up with was "I'm sorry" and to let the charge hit the new business account, and, then transfer the monies back after. Since, I've been advised by my CPA to not use the account because of Wells error, and, potentially close it which I'm waiting for someone from their company to contact me to help me with to discuss my questions and make a decision on closing the account or not. This happened 6 days ago now, and, I still have yet to hear from someone at Wells Fargo to get feedback and my questions answered, and they've told me everyday "someone will be assigned to your case today please call back", and, everyday I call back and no one has been assigned to assist me. It really is unbelievably poor service. It's going to be a week or more before someone at their company contacts me. We've banked with Wells for our personal and business for a decade and done a lot of business with them. Not to mention, when I went into this branch the staff was all milling around, laughing and talking very loud so I could barely hear the banker, and, just overall unprofessional and disorganized from the minute I arrived as an experience. If they weren't so busy playing social time & distracting themselves and one another, and focused on working, they wouldn't be making so many unreal mistakes in their work. If you're a small business owner, I would suggest you bank elsewhere. Not a good or acceptable experience.

This is for the Power and Guadalupe location in Mesa, December 26th, about 2:00 p.m. I went in today as I needed to see a banker for a moment. The very rude young woman had long dark hair and was obviously bothered to have to deal with me. She let me know very quickly that she couldn't help me and there was only one banker. She handed me a card, advised me to scan it and make an appointment. Now, this entire interaction was in English . . . We left and I didn't look at the card until we got in the car; it was in Spanish! I scanned it anyway, and the Wells site came up in Spanish! I did not ask for Spanish, nor did o speak in Spanish, (I don't speak the language and have no desire to do so.) She was very rude and unprofessional! Please train your employees to treat customers with respect! We are the reasons they have jobs! I then went to the Higley and Ray location and the teller there was amazing! He assisted us right then and there with a smile! Aidan should be a trainer for customer service!

Great customer service!! I needed something notarized and had originally made an appointment for UPS on power and baseline. They ignored me and kept me waiting for 30 minutes, so I ended up walking out. I ended trying my luck here and spoke with Joe, a teller about the situation. He was SUPER nice, and helpful and asked if I could be seen with no appointment. They were able to squeeze me in and Kelsey helped me out. Kelsey was absolutely amazing. Such a sweet girl, very professional and quick! I was in and out within like 10-15 minutes. I really appreciate the customer service here, the willingness to help and the friendliness of the staff!!

If I could give this dump a zero I would. Came in two days ago to deposit a check, have in mind that I have been coming to this place since it is close to my home and more convenient. I come to this place often to deposit checks and I had never had a problem. I came in through the drive thru and was "helped" by a women and she told me she would not be able to deposit my check due to my name not matching. She proceeded to ask for my ID and still was not convinced that I was that person. I have been signing my check the same every single time and had never had an issue. The name that is on file is the name used on the check. She was rude and could care less, she sounded racist and even though I told her I would take my business to another bank and close my Wells Fargo account she did not seem to care they were loosing a customer. What is happening with workers who no longer are wanting to work, workers with a lack of empathy, workers who are so cold when treating customers? This place needs better customer service! Because of this negative experience I will be changing banks. Also, keep in mind that Wells Fargo will steal your money. Every month they charge me ridiculous hidden fees, everything they stand for is making MORE money, they don't work for the people. Do yourself a favor and choose another bank to bank with. This place is trash.

Drive thru closed. Very few tellers. 1 banker on duty. People backed up because 1 of the 2 tellers needs assistance and banker with another customer. Either get in the customer service business and staff the place or close. If this keeps up Wells Fargo going to loose my personal and business accounts.

5 stars for having more than 1 teller. 1 star for compentency of new staff/turnover. So.... 6÷2=3 stars. Yes Wells Fargo there is a difference between a transfer between customer accounts and a cash deposit.

Have never dealt with such disrespect from a bank. Made a deposit at there atm. Brittney the District Manger Assistant told me it was placed on hold due to a signature discrepancy. I did everything that was ask of them to release the hold. Even though this how I've been signing my checks for years. (I even brought them print outs of old checks from there website). I came back later in the day and spoke with Shendeya she told me the check was on hold because two deposits were made for the same check and accused me of fraudulent activities and was quick to usher me out when 5 o'clock hit. The check was then released the next day after calling customer service and explaining this situation but I've been sitting in the lobby writing this review for 35 min now as the have to "get approval to pull my funds" and told me I have to call the 1-800 # to close my account. ( I checked Wells Fargo website you can close it at a branch...) complete disrespect & unprofessionalism from every level of management in the bank. Been a member for 20 years but happy to close my account so I never have to deal with this branch again! *update they weren't able to pull my funds out or close the accounts. Who would have guessed

Dropped in to obtain a notary for the transfer of some funds from an Ira to my personal account. Ms G was so helpful and completed the transaction in a matter of minutes. Wells Fargo meets all my needs.

Want to leave 0 stars. I tried ti do what I needed online and was told because it involved a minor, I would need to come in. Which is odd because I have older kids that I didn't have to do this with but whatever. So I plan to go in Saturday as I've done for as long as I can remember because you know, work and school during the week make it hard. So Friday I look online and see that one spot says this location will be open, but my Apple Maps says it will be closed Saturday. So I call location, no answer but it connected me to customer service. I ask if this specific location, by address will be open Saturday. I get the affirmative that this location will be open Saturday from 9-12. I say that I need to open a new account for a minor (who has a savings but needs a checking now and set up online banking for him which I can't do online for some reason). I show up to this location at 11am. It's closed. Says it's not open Saturdays. After I called and they said it would be! Crappy service. Get your $h!t together Wells Fargo! So I load my toddler up again and head to location a few miles away that says it's open, crossing my fingers! They are open! Yay. Then the teller tells me there are no bankers on Saturdays anymore. No one can open an account for me. Bull crap. I called and said that's what I needed to do. If that's the new policy then the "customer service" line should tell me that service isn't available on Saturdays like it has been in the past 20 years that I've been with this bank. I have like 15 accounts here and I'm looking now to leave. Treat your account holder better Wells Fargo, or you'll be bankrupt soon.

If no stars was an option, that would be the rating. Over the past 4 or 5 months the drive through is closed more times than it is open because of staffing so I'm told by the employees when I'm forced to go inside to do my banking. The drive through ATM has been out of order for months and months and months. Today to go through the drive through, (they were closed of course) and saw that the ATM was finally open so when and inserted my card. A message came up saying, cannot dispense money, other transactions available. You go inside and there are more people standing and sitting around. Why not have them work the drive through? If the manager had to work the drive through every day until he or she fixed their staffing problems...they would have 5 new hires within the week. As I was forced to go inside to bank so was a handicap gentleman who like me was attempting to use the drive through and forced to park his car and go inside. It wasn't as easy for him to do that as it was for me.It's no wonder that within their Mission and Vision statement do they never mention "customer banking convince "This branch manager needs to be fired yesterday!
