Was kept waiting for 30 minutes for my notary appointment because the Notary was helping out in the teller line. Why bother with an appointment if they are just going to blow you off?

Scammed twice in one day!!! I went to the branch today on 121 S Power Rd in in Mesa AZ with a check that I was pretty sure was fake and ask them if they could verify that it was a fake. I did not ask them to deposit it or cash it, only verify that it was good. THEY CLOSED ALL MY ACCOUNTS and SAID THEY WOULD NOT DO BIZ WITH ME BECAUSE I HAD POSSESSION OF A FRAUDULENT CHECK. Beware this bank does not care about you. They only care about themselves! Just because you get a bad check, they blacklist you!!!

I was just in the drive through waiting forever and saw an employee with orange hair acting like an incompetent clown with another customer so the orange hair was fitting. She also refused to get a supervisor and refused to give the customer her name. Wells Fargo are you really having that hard of a time finding decent employees? Yikes, yikes, yikes.

There was no one to answer my question about opening an account. So I waited in a long line to ask one of the tellers. To which I was told I had to make an appointment online in order to open an account. Ridiculous.

I love how going through their drive through their curb jets out with no pole on the end and me not knowing this and unable to see it hits it and it screws up my wheel and scratches up my rim on the passenger side. I went in to report it and they said they never had any issues before even though you can clearly seen it has been hit repeatedly by other drivers. The manager at the time told me they have no way of knowing if my wheel was damaged there or somewhere else. I guess the tons of cameras they have everywhere don't actually work. I HATE Wells Fargo!!!! Bank of America was so much better!!!

Can I give 0 stars?? I'm ready to leave Wells Fargo and all of my personal and business accounts because the customer service has gone to crap. I called one location to find out if they would be open Saturday and they confirmed they would be 9-12. I show up at 11 and they are not open. So I look on maps and find another location that says it's open and I load up my toddler again and head there. I walk in and there are 2 tellers and a manager but no one who can open an account for me because it's Saturday. I specifically asked about this service when I called because I was told I couldn't open a minor account online and would have to do in person. So no one irks anymore?? Or knows how to do their job or the policies set in place by their employer. Complete garbage

Walked in Monday morning only two tells working after closing down the branch down the street , so far been In line almost ten minutes.I recommend banking with Chase on main.

Trying to replace people with machines.... (update) thats the experience WF is striving for. Why should I contact HLSOCIAL if they are delivering the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ARE CREATING? COURTESY used to be their goal... THE OPPOSITE IS REALITY. ... 2 POINTS OFF FOR A GIMMIC RESPONSE. Enjoy the 1 star WF ... you EARNED it! WOW!

This branch has zero customer service. The manager is lazy and doesn’t lift a finger to help anyone. It’s sad this is what kind of establishment gets to hold your money.

Customer service seems to be non-existent at this Branch. Trying to make an appointment with a Banker but can only get a recording telling me "No Bankers available at this time" and telling me to go on line handle my business that way. My Previous branch closed recently and I am very frustrated with the new arrangement. There is No Customer Service at this Branch. Sign me as "Fed Up".
