PLS is just good at what they do. I have been going to this particular PLS for about 6 years and I have never had any major issues. Maybe a ling line on Friday to cash a check, but they staff for it and usually have a lot of reps working to handle it. I use the Western Union service they offer and it is fast and convenient. Speaking of convenience they are open 24/7 and you can cash checks, Western Union services, prepaid card services, bill pay, buy bus tickets, and they probably offer some other services I don't know about, but you can get that stuff done any time of the day or night. The only thing is I wish they had more branches in the east valley. So if it's 3am on a Monday morning and your parents who live in the Philippines sent you some money via Western Union so you'd have gas to get work, the only place in Mesa that can help you out is PLS.
