This location is constantly understaffed. If you don't mind long wait times, especially at the pharmacy, then this is the place for you. Don't blame the employees. It's the store managers job to hire.

Terrible staff. Staff doesnt know their own policy's. Hr long waits at the pharmacy for something that should take 5 min max to pick up. was asked for my ID today to pick up an Rx that ive been picking up for years without being asked for ID. Pharm tech stated "we started this back in March." You absolutely did not start this in march as ive been getting my kids meds here for years and have never been carded. This individual should be fired for her poor attitude, argumentative style, and hostility. I will be switching pharmacy's.

These people have a policy that if you call them and you are on hold that after a certain amount of time, you will get hung up on. Yeah after holding for 30 minutes, twice I was hung up. So I asked and they said it was policy, that the system automatically hangs you up. That's how well their pharmacy is handled. They also make zero effort to fill a prescription if there is a problem. It can sit for days unresolved and they don't care. Worst pharmacy I have ever.

My family has been using this Walgreens since 2007. Our experience has been that staff members are professional and helpful. Every once in a while someone will be in a bad mood, but hey--we all have our bad days.

I've been reading all the reviews and I have to say over the past 4 years of doing business with this Walgreens, I have only had good encounters. I'm usually the one posting regrets for a negative experience, especially when it comes to rude condescending attitudes of employees...won't tolerate it and won't spend a dime at that establishment again and I won't hesitate to share the experience with business headquarters. I guess I've been lucky and can only share positive opinions at this time for my neighborhood Walgreens, I sincerely hope this continues, as I won't hesitate to take my business elsewhere if my business there is not of value.

This Walgreen's was horrible. Stay far away. My doctor accidentally sent a prescription to this Walgreen's on Monday. I called Tuesday morning to give them my insurance information. They told me they would have my prescription ready Tuesday afternoon. I go there on Wednesday, am told it is not ready and to call them later. I call them later on Wednesday and am told their computer system is down. They can't verify my insurance. If I want my medication I will have to pay $100s instead of my $20 copay. I had my insurance company call them to do a manual approval but they refused to accept that. I call again on Thursday. They say the prescription is still ready but their computer is still not working and I will have to pay full retail. I used a GoodRx card to get a discount, but it is still 5X the insurance price. I go there on Thursday and wait in line forever. There is only one person who is running the vaccination clinic and the prescription counter. I get to the front of the line, only to be told that my prescription is not ready, Almost three days after I was told it would be and two days after I was told it was. I finally got it and paid the 5X what I should. At least I didn't let them rip me off for hundreds of dollars. If I didn't need the prescription immediately for a surgery, I would have let it sit and went to another pharmacy.

I have no idea what happened to this location, but it went from very good to absolutely terrible. I am a senior with very bad COVID. I can hardly walk 10 feet right now. I needed some over-the-counter comfort supplies like a cough suppressant, after not sleeping in 5 nights. My whole purpose in ordering curbside pick-up was to avoid, at any cost, having to go into the store. When I got my pick-up confirmation, it said I had to come into the store to pick up my order. I did online chat with Walgreen and the CSR said to drive there, park outside, and used the phone number listed in the curbside pick-up spot to inform the store that I am too sick to come into the store. Okay....sounds reasonable. Got to the store...no such number anyplace outside, so I struggled to walk into the store. The person at the photo department said she had no record of my order and I would have to talk to the guy at the front register. I let them know that I was really sick.......didn't matter. Had to stand and wait for the 5 people in line ahead of me. Finally told the guy the situation and he said to go back to the other department and he would call the manager. Again, the manager said she had no record of my order. (I have used this store since it opened) Finally, after an additional wait, they located my order which had not been labeled.....no apologies. Should have been such an easy process. Will not use this store again, although it has always been convenient.

I am blown away at how rude I was treated at the pharmacy today. I have come here for years & today I stood in line for 10 minutes with items to purchase along with my prescription. The pharmacy tech, Gene, wanted to ring my prescription & then have me go wait in line up front to purchase the rest of my items. I asked why & he said he was too busy. I was not happy with that reply. I asked to speak to the manager & he actually rolled his eyes at me. How is this acceptable behavior?? The manager did ring me up but the pharmacy tech was never spoken to or asked to apologize. In fact, the manager never even acknowledged why I was upset. What happened to customer service??!! Walgreens, you lost a customer today...and sadly, probably don't care. I am writing your corporate office & will make sure they are aware of how rude customers are being treated. Do not shop at Walgreens, unless you too want to be treated badly; that's my advice.

This store is what we have considered our 'neighborhood' Walgreens for a long time, where we always go and find smiling faces. Today, however, we were taken quite by surprise by the absolutely nasty, condescending and abrasive attitude of a woman we had never seen before named Gloria at the drive-up window. We had a covid test scheduled for our daughter at 4:15pm, we had just flown in from Florida and since our flight was early we decided to stop by and see if the pharmacy tech would extend the courtesy of doing the test 45 minutes earlier, as we were on the way home. This woman did not even allow us to speak, yelling everything at us, in spite of the fact we are explaining to her that we have done the test many times (at the Walgreens location on Lindsay and Broadway, where, by the way, they are absolutely lovely and kind). She was so rude and did not want to allow my husband to time the test with his Apple watch (as we always do at the other store), she was absolutely nasty and appalling. She even had the audacity to admonish us for showing up earlier (if she had shut up for a moment maybe we would have had the opportunity to let her know that we were on the way home from the airport after a long trip). Please, please stay away from this store if this woman is around. She is an embarrassment to what is otherwise a wonderful, friendly store. It is impossible to fathom how anyone so horrible is allowed to deal with customers.

Worst customer service experience!!!!!! Two guys working in the photo department was standing there for 5 min and no one said a WORD until I started staring them down!! Another customer was trying to get her passport photos and they kept messing hers up too!! By the time I got my photos MY EYES WERE CLOSED IN THE DAMN PICTURE!!!!! HE DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO SHOW ME THE PICTURE BEFORE PRINTING IT!! Huge waste of time I wasted my lunch break for nothing!!!! Would not recommend getting passport photos at this location these guys were not helpful and not communicating well whatsoever

Much of the pharmacy staff here is flat-out rude and need to find new jobs. This morning, I spoke to (what sounded like) an older male employee. I wish I would have recorded the call. This guy's demeanor, inaction, etc was inexcusable. (If this guy can't even handle speaking decently on the phone, how well is he filling prescriptions?) I need an important prescription, and this guy's attitude was "you'll get it whenever we get around to figuring out what the problem on our end is", and then hung up on me. And this wasn't my first call to them about the issue, which is now confirmed to be solely Walgreens' fault. If you call with a question, even if the question stems from a problem on their end, they make sure you know that they just want you off the phone with no proposed resolution. Just keep calling back until the low-functioning staff decides to do something about fixing their own problem. I could keep going on about other bad experiences at this location, but the bottom line is that Walgreens are on almost every corner. Go to a different one, or transfer your Rx to a different pharmacy entirely.

The Walgreens is always friendly. Never had an issue here. People complained in other reviews here but you can read between the lines. Obviously not getting drugs they want because they're out of refills. There's no reason to have issue with this location.

I've used this pharmacy for 20+ years. I always get greeted upon entry and the staff is sincere about talking to me and asking how my day is going. It's always a pleasant experience and I appreciate that I can always find what I need. Thank you.

Quite possibly the worst Walgreens I've been to in Arizona and California. Rude, unfriendly staff on March 29, 2020. Employee wanted to argue with me about a price. I had to show her the product on my Walgreens app, and she responded, "we don't match online prices..." even though it was on Walgreens. When she rung up the product, it was the sale price she insisted wasn't correct. No apology or ooops. My time is much too valuable to spend debating prices with insolent people. I shop at Walgreens regularly and experience great customer service. Not this one. Avoid.

The pharmacy is very busy so sometimes it is slow because of that. But Bill the Pharmacist is amazing. He cares and answers questions. Someone complained about the lady behind the counter. What a rude millennial to complain. This lady behind the counter has obvious health issues. She has to sit down most of the time. She is on oxygen sometimes. She has breathing problems. Yet she goes to work and earns her paycheck. That is inspiring.
