“The five stars are for this excellent, well-run bank branch. However, banking consumers beware: Chase Bank has an overzealous, trigger-happy fraud department that reverses totally unsuspicious checks written by average everyday customers with sufficient funds in their accounts. To make matters worse, they do so without any attempt to contact the account owner to confirm they wrote the check. There is evidence to suggest that Chase's cavalier approach to fighting fraud can sometimes result in even more harm to the average law-abiding customer. I strongly recommend avoiding Chase Bank.”

“I get to the bank ATM..my card is locked because I locked it
.Duh?.. it was 8am ..So I went to my car and had no internet service ! Darn. What do I do ? People were coming in n out of bank so I thought to try n hook up with Chase Bank internet ..in the parking lot! Found it and signed in as Chase guest and it worked ..Phew.. Got my card unlocked and got my cash .. Smiling now cause I thought I had to head home or my nearby friends house..about 20 miles .. Thank you Chase Bank”
