We will be staying here til we move to a house. It's quiet and friendly. It's a bit cooler than the Phoenix valley. You can have 2 small dogs for a very small fee. There are laundry facilities. The manager is very nice. APS utilities. No cable so you need wireless. There are no other amenities here.

The woman who runs the park and the maintenance man were extremely friendly and helpful. I stayed over night in RV I bought there is no issues.
