I had a 3pm appointment with my father who is 83, has terminal cancer, and needs a walker to get around and from the moment we arrived, we were treated incredibly poorly by a very rude young man and a completely incompetent banker. Upon our arrival, I waited in the teller line behind the only other customer there to tell them we were there for a scheduled appointment and he said "you can sit down? She's not ready". My father then needed to use the bathroom so I approached the teller counter and asked if he could use the bathroom. That same young man sighed in frustration and stated "one of us has to go back with him and we don't have enough people working". They had two tellers and one banker and aside from us, there was one other customer. 12 mins later he came and held the door open for my father to use the bathroom. As he was holding the door, he sighed loudly no less than half a dozen times and clicked his pen repeatedly against his leg displaying his irritation at having to let him use the bathroom. To wrap up this very miserable trip to B of A, the banker we had an appointment with left us waiting for 20 mins for no apparent reason. Then her iPad wouldn't work so she said "I'll send you an email link and you can do it that way. Otherwise, I'll have to go see if I can find another one that's working". So she sent a link and I did HER JOB for her. Not only am I furious at the unprofessional and purely rude treatment me received, but I am also certain that Bank of America doesn't need our business considering this behavior is tolerated there. I will not be back to that branch and I will be at another bank on Monday morning to change our bank. Save yourself the frustration and bank somewhere else.

On multiple occasions I have gone to multiple ATMs only to be see a notice posted saying I was unable to withdraw cash. This is completely unacceptable since the branches are closed due to the virus. I’m finding I’m being charged little fees here and there for every little stupid thing. Like paying my credit card from my own Bank of America account by transfer. That incurred me $10. I made them take it off my account but it continues to happen so I am done with this bank.

Iam 40 years old and didn't think things like this bothered me anymore... Maybe it's just hasn't happen since I was a punk kid but came in to this branch to talk to a banker or anybody thatcan help me.. I have chase account not bank of America but was dealing with something that was bank of America. I sat down in waiting area and waited quietly among the looks as I was there to rob the place or something... I wasn't dressed the best as iam working on my house today and don't put nice clothes on to work in house or yard and didn't change before going to bank... Maybe that was it... Did I look trashy... Who knows.. I make more than everybody in there so can't t be about money... And who cares if I made nothing... Anyways a nicely dressed and very polite (fake, condescending) pretty much came over to ask me to leave in the nicest way I have ever been ask to leave before.. Oh iam white by the way... So no it wasn't race,. I wanted to smash his stupid fake polite attitude down his throat but of course I didn't.... Just left peacefully with a whole new view of a bank of America I was speachless to be honest... Iam never speachless . I guess this white boy isn't good enough for B of A. I should mention I also called and got similar treatment but more of what your asking takes effort on our part and we don't like that so we're not helping kind of way... Man. Is this common knowledge about these banks I just didn't know still blown away. Guess I better wear my suit next time and brush better and shave first.... Character.. This place lacks it.

They never answer the phone. If you need to pull a large sum of your own money out, they treat you like a criminal and like you are doing something wrong. They also require a few days notice if the amount is over $5k. They tell you to call ahead if you need more than that but they won't EVER answer the phone so how are you supposed to call ahead?

I love this bank and the employees!! The customer service is very good, and the people are very friendly and nice. Btw, I wouldn't pay close attention to the bad reviews, normally people who have something negative to say are the only ones who write bad reviews.

Went in to get a cashiers check. Refused to give me one claimed I needed to know the address of the business I was making it out too. What f'ing lie!!!! Went down to carefree and they gave me cashiers check no problem! I am sick and tired of the AZ work ethic and lack of customer service from these dill holes!!! IT'S MY F'ING MONEY NOT YOURS!!! You think it's yours but it isn't!!!!

Worst Bank of America location I have ever been to. I was cashing a check today . I walked in this bank and a teller greeted me (not sure she is asian or Mexican lady ) i gave her my check and told her I wanted to cash it .She said ok and started me ask me other questions , I got irritated I told her I only want to cash the check .she had a attitude after I said that I only want to cash the check at this time . She said ok then next second she said "no I can't cash it today ."i asked her why ?I am cashed checks for years I have never gotten any problems. she could not explain to me why and called her coworker (Indian lady ) they were whispering, I asked they both why ? All they said was I can't tell you , because the business owner changed in this month . i felt it's been fooled , cuz my mom is the business owner I called her right away ! She said she did not do any changes . So basically the first worker got irritated because She was asking me lots of questions and I told her , no I only want to cash the check today , then she started giving me hard time . needless to say , this location is absolutely not welcome their customers, awful staff , not knowledgeable, even the BOA at carefree is the way better than this one ! that's why they have all this bad reviews on yelp ! They really needs to train their employees to give a better service there !
