Can anyone get a hold of this place? After sitting on hold for 45 minutes the call just 'drops'.. this is to get medication I ran out of. Went to the pharmacy and they said they did not receive the request. My Dr's office has sent it again. Still waiting. Still just a waiting game on hold to see when the call decides to disconnect. Last month they weren't refilling my inhaler because they didn't have it in stock. A nice lady let me know my regular brand has been discontinued but the insurance companies are still covering the equivalent. After explaining this to the person on the phone at this CVS, he said they would have to get authorization from the insurance company. I had to ask him to run it and it immediately went through.. Since when should customers have to do someone's job, especially when it comes to medications??

Although this pharmacy is great at dispensing prescriptions in a timely manner and they are good at notifying via text about the status, they never answer the phone. When I went to the store after being on hold for 40 minutes, the phone was continually ringing with no effort by the staff to answer. When I inquired about it, I was told they weren't answering the phone because they were short staffed. I said that was fine, but they should change their phone message to let people know that so they don't wait endlessly on hold. I even offered to wait for them to help me so they could answer the phone! The pharmacist said they didn't need my input and that "they got this!" Very rude and condescending. Bottom line...don't call them. They will not pick up!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy. They never answer the phone! Waited 2hrs multiple days with no answer and then get upset when you come to the store asking why they don't answer. Do not recommend filling here

WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I scheduled an online COVID-19 shot and I received a text an hour before my appointment saying it was cancelled, when I did not cancel it and the text didn't say why it was cancelled. So I go to reschedule online and it said my appointment was available so I called the pharmacy and the lady said it was fine for me to just walk in. So I did and showed up at my original appointment and the lady said that they had no information on me and she had put my birthday in the computer incorrectly. She then scheduled my next appointment for September 8th and I told the lady that I could do anytime after 12 none before because I have school so she scheduled my appointment for 2:00 pm. I then waited 30 minutes to get my shot and then I left. I received at text for my next shot to confirm and I see it said September 8th at 11:00 am. When I told the lady 2! I then try to fix it online where it does not allow you to and the pharmacy will not show up. I called twice and was on hold for 20 minutes at a time. I even called the front desk and the guy said I could go to the other CVS in anthem, and that they didn't have the best pharmacy workers working today. And then I decided to just got back. The lady I spoke to didn't even look up my name when I told her the situation, she turned to the guy and said will it be fine if she's late to her appointment? IM NOT LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT, YOU GUYS SCHEDULED IT WRONG. And then she turns to me and said the guy will be here all day that day and it's fine if I'm late to my appointment he'll just give me my vaccine when I get there , and didn't even look up my name or give me an apology. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to and may even go to another one because I don't want to deal with there careless pharmaceuticals.

TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE THIS CVS FOR COVID TESTING. They say they will have the test results in 1-2 days. They lied. There is no testing on the weekend. We scheduled a trip to Hawaii with a Monday departure the 19th. The state requires a clear COVID test within 72 hours of departure to Hawaii. We went in Friday the 16th to get the test back with 72 hour departure window. I am writing this on Monday April 19th after not getting any test results back. We spent all morning on the phone trying to get some answers as to why we didn't get the test results. 4 different numbers, 4 different customers. We went back to CVS were told it's 1-2 business days. NOT 1-2 DAYS. You can't get a test within the 72 hour window to go to Hawaii. This worst customer service ever. We have lost a lot of money because of this. Flights, hotels and other fees. Will not use CVS again for anything.

We had an entire garbage bag of opioids, random over the counter AND prescription meds from when a family member was going through cancer treatments that needed to be disposed of. Believe it or not, I called 6 or 7 pharmacies and this was the first store that had a take back bin for meds. You didn't have to consolidate the bottles, just drop them all in the metal bin during pharmacy hours and you knew it would be taken care of safely and properly.

Terrible. Just terrible customer service. Drive up lane is a minimum 15 minute wait. And I thought Walgreens was bad. This store is worse !!!

This pharmacy is the best! It takes longer to drive back from my doctor than it does for CVS to fill my Rx!!! Staff is friendly and helpful. I refuse to have prescriptions filled anywhere else.

Always helpful and very customer service oriented in the pharmacy. We get all our prescriptions filled here. Wait times have always been minimal. The drive thru pick up is easy. The pharmacists are always happy to answer questions and they all go out of their way to get you the best price. Highly recommend.
